The lamp I needed for my Sony projector costed quarter the price and has ended up lasting 5000 hours.

Excellent service. First, I ordered and Epson lamp which they sent straight away but it happened to have a factory fault, so I sent it back free of charge. A new one was sent to me even before they receive the faulty one.

Fast Shipping Great Price
The lamp arrived super quick which was great as it was for a projector used in a theatre and the show was opening the next week. - Packaged very well as well, so it worked straight out of the box and saved the show from buying a whole new projector.

My Epson projector lamp broke after 2…
My Epson projector lamp broke after 2 months , about 200 hours of use time.
Messaged customer service about this and they did nothing about it. These lamps are NOT genuine.

Our customer support team emailed you troubleshooting tips and requested your projector lamp serial number to see if we can still claim an RMA request. Due to the short life duration, we can work with you to get a new lamp sent out. Please note that EPSON discontinued your lamp many years ago. Anyone claiming to be selling you a genuine lamp would be lying. Our company sells authentic/original bulbs in a 3rd party housing. The lamp you received is the best quality you can currently get on the market. A member of our customer support team will reach back out to you to make this situation right and hopefully change your opinion about our company.
