Don’t waste your money. Kids are very unimpressed and won’t use them now.
They tell me they expected more battery life… can only get one charge of the phone out of it, which is very disappointing and a lot less than other chargers we’ve had. I bought them as Xmas presents and wanted to support an Australian company, but…update Pulse have contacted me and said that the charging capacity is well within its range and that 30 days has passed so they cannot refund or return. I wasn’t after a refund OR return… I just want to warn other punters not to waste your money on a charger that can only charge ONCE before it needs to be recharged itself… so as I said in my first line… “don’t waste your money”

I have purchased quite a few different products
4 Venus chargers as gifts and one for myself. The tip snapped off mine within the first month, not covered under warranty
2 Appollos as gifts not aware of any issues
Lastly a 4 in 1 charger, the Apple tip snapped off within the first week
I have never had this issue with any other cord chargers even Kmart chargers
Very expensive for items that break so easily

Purchased the Apollo 3 in 1. Fantastic device and easy to use.

Thought they would be better than they are but disappointed greatly.
Despite that they are nice couloured and reasonably compact, they get extremely hot whilst charging.
I did not expect them to get so hot.

The Duo Pack - Infinity Magnetic Wireless Chargers are great little chargers. Took a little while to kick in charging from fully charged, but once it does, it's quick to top up (iPhone 17 Pro). Also doesn't seem to drain as quick as other powerbanks I've had in the past, getting about 2.5 charge cycles. Gave one to my Mum and she loves it (iPhone 13).

I was very happy with my charger and with the swift delivery of it. I would recomend this company to anyone.

My second time ordering from this company and couldn’t be happier with their service. I purchased the duo pack halo bluetooth speakers this time, love it! Gave the other to a family member who finds it very convenient using her phone for cooking ideas.

Absolutely terrible- these power banks don't charge any item properly and DO NOT perform as stated on TV. Don't waste your time or money, our $15 kmart power bank way out performs this rubbish. So disappointed in this company as this is the second time their products have been misrepresent.
And no, it was not a case of incompatibility- all devices were on the list as compatible and nothing charged properly. 4hrs - to get an additional 13% battery power .....what a joke!

I bought 11 Pulse car Chargers. One brother drove from Geelong to lakes Entrance on to Eden then Mildura and Robe back to Home he used the Pulse charger everyday for keeping phones etc working charged and pumping up tyres my son saved him a few times for being stuck on the road stranded a nephew said Same thing it got him out of a predicament. They all thanked me so much for giving them to them and would recommend them also

With uni and travel these are the best fast charging and the stand makes use whilst charging a breeze.

I thought this would be the answer to my charging while overseas. I purchased back in Nov’24 and have been happy with the convenience up until it broke on my first trip overseas with it in March this year. My apple phone was going flat so I plugged in the pulse charge while sitting at the airport and accidentally fumbled my phone onto my lap and the tip snapped off, was very annoyed and won’t purchase a similar device again.

I was always running out battery and pulse charger is a life changer.

I've had a couple of different Pulse charges and they were amazing,and I ended up buying one for each of my kids.... but this ..... wow is incredible it covers all bases for me....its space saving, sounds great and does all the little jobs that I forget when packing for the caravan....10 out of10
