I knew they were lying as they advertised.

I have a Samsung s24 ultra.

Couldn't charge with case and the "magnet" would have trouble sucking the skin off an already peeled grape

The maintenance of 12% with a steel ring overheated the phone

Great Product. Delivered within 3 days...
Purchased duo halo pack they are fantastic. Handy for the bedroom or actually anywhere. The only lil thing is the tiny charging blue lights on the top are super bright and a lil annoying at night if you want to charge your phone on Tilt which i like so you can easily tap the screen and see it. However if you flat top charge it covers light.

Part broke off on first use , cheap shit dont buy it. They dont replace it either and blame it on you.

I ordered the family pack of mini tags, they arrived promptly. Were very easy to install onto my phone less than 2 mins each one. Perfect size and have many uses.

The 3 in 1 pulse charge is a fabulous charger to have. Now all I need to get is an Apple Watch 👍

Bought two for my children. It’s a good size not to bulky and charges their phone fairly quickly. I haven’t had to worry I won’t be able to contact them because their battery is flat. I highly recommend this product.

After seeing the Pulse Charge promotional offers on The Morning Show a few times l decided to purchase the Venus Bundle pack. The Venus Charger didn’t turn out as advertised. I’m very disappointed to say that l have not even had my charger for 12 months and it hasn’t even been used that many times. While using the charger the metal bit of the Venus charger broke off and got stuck in my apple phone.
After emailing customer service they asked for photos or a video which l provided. They then emailed me back to only tell me that the broken metal bit was not covered under their warranty policy and tried to make out that l didn’t follow the proper use and care for the charger.
They don’t even offer a 12 months consumer warranty on their products like other companies.
They did offer me a 50% discount voucher to purchase another Venus! I wouldn’t trust another Venus Charger. For a product to break that quickly there obviously is a problem with there product and manufacturing.

Very disappointed with the way they handle there customer complaints. I paid good money for a product that clearly has issues and that doesn’t last.
Will not be buying another Pulse Product!!

Easy to find the products on their website, quick delivery and a huge range of products.

I was waiting anxiously for my new Duo Pack Pulse power bank travel chargers to arrive.
I wanted to compare the built quality, attached cables and features.
I was very impress with the beautiful solid packaging. My orange unit paint quality
was exceptional. It fitted snuggly in my hand. I really thought the flatter rectangular design
was clever as it slides nicely into my bag compare to the Philips portable wireless universal
charger I just purchased, which was squarish and smaller but twice as thick.
What good was it also slide into my back jean pocket if I am out about.
The built in AC adapter was quick to charge the internal battery and also simultaneously
able to handle charging my iPhone. The information screen was Overall, I probably get another for my son Birthday gift.

Was very disappointed with the phone charger
Used it for the first time and the tip broke off the charger
And was stuck in my phone
Product is made very poorly something you would expect from a china made product yet the maker of this product speaks on tv commercials on how it’s Australian made
I think he needs more work on his product
I have had a Cygnet power bank for 2 years and the pulse charge doesn’t compare

I had bought the lighting chargers for my family previously. I was so impressed with the compact chargers the quickness of charging not just my phone but my tablet as well. A family member recently announced their engagement. So the duo pack was the perfect present. They were thrilled & have told me how fantastic they are. Thank you pulse.

Great products …. Bought several different ones for the family… dispatched really quickly… hoping they get some ones in ‘girly’ colours so I can buy my granddaughter and step daughter’s portable charger before they go on holiday

The idea is great. The product is not. 1. The Halo light is very dim.
2. The Halo phone magnet is weak and unable to hold the phone that has a cover. Their own review site will not accept 3 star reviews. It's a little disingenuous.

The infinity luxe took over 2 hours to charge 10% of my Apple Watch the service is disgraceful written 3 times with no resolution they can have them back and refund me

Great little battery pack
Very easy to use. I bought the twin pack and my son uses it for his laptop and phone and I keep mine in my handbag for my phone. Very easy to use.

Delivery service great , Pulse Charge charges my devices fast only have to recharge the pulse after 14 days of use

I have bought the Duo power charge. One for my daughter and one for me to take overseas on my travel soon.
This powerbank is great quality. Charges my phone and other items quickly. Looking forward to using this overseas soon.
