Pulse Charge Avis 

I have bought the Duo power charge. One for my daughter and one for me to take overseas on my travel soon.
This powerbank is great quality. Charges my phone and other items quickly. Looking forward to using this overseas soon.

Excellent powerbank
The Pulse 20000mah 65w powerbank is excellent. It charges my samsung s25 ultra at "superfast charging" speed. It holds charge very well when not in use. I would recommend 😀

I purchased the Pulse Infinity because it was so compact and compatible with my iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods so it does everything I hoped. Recharges quickly and charges my devices quickly.

I purchased a Pulse Venus for myself and I loved it but approximately 12 months on the device even though fully charged itself it doesn’t fully discharge the charge to my IPhone. Meaning when checked my IPhone was not charged yet the Venus was still nearly fully charged.
As a result of being in the beginning very happy with my Venus I purchased one each for myself Son and Daughter-in-law. After the second charge on one of the Venuses the attachment that is inserted into the phone broke off. The other Venus just didn’t charge. My son and daughter were living in a remote N.T. station that had limited internet, phone reception, and postal services. So they packed the Venuses away until they saw me which was about 3 months later.
By the time they were able to contact me the return date expired plus there is NO WARRANTY on the portion of the device that plugs into the phone. Which is very poor. If you can prove you cared for the Venus then it should be covered.
I made numerous phone calls with no results only to be told that it was “out of warranty period” (what Warranty period all they ment was outside the compulsory period of return). I also sent numerous emails but NOT ONCE did I receive a reply. So I wasted over a $100 on 2 Venuses.
I don’t even give a $100 donation on charities and this Company has not got charity classification.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

FANTASTIC
Smallest 20000maH I have found on the market. Fairly light weight for its capacity compared to others brands. Fits perfectly in my laptop folio case and this capacity gives my laptop nearly a full charge. The percent left is not very accurate, at zero % was still charging my devices for considerable time. Highly recommend.

The service was great one of the speakers was broken and straight away I received a new one. No complaints here

Pulse Notebook was a gift for a School Principal & she absolutely love it & its concept.
I have purchased a few things from this company so far the website is easy to navigate, the delivery is quick & the products are of high quality.

I never heard of pulse power bank before a friend showed me one and got me to use it, how fantastic was it, so I ordered mine when the offer for two came, I must say the free cable is fantastic, the units and colours are terrific, the price was great, thank you pulse for such an amazing product

A very disappointing response from PULSE regarding a faulty/broken power bank product 😕
Less than 12 months old BUT connection piece NOT covered by warranty. Having only been used less than a dozen times I would of expected better service but all they offered was a 50% discount off a new power bank!!! As if I'd trust buying another inferior product from them!
Very poor customer service PULSE.

I am very happy with the Mini Power bank. Works great and ideal for both home and taking out with you. Would highly recommend. Communication with Pulse was excellent after emailing them with an issue on another item.

Great product and fantastic service. The Mini charger is compact and well designed. When I received it I realised it wasn’t compatible with my iPhone but they immediately resolved the issue. Their email replies were fast, friendly and very helpful. A very trustworthy company.

What a gadget
Love this drink container I always carry one around so I thought why not get one with a battery attached. I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and it's held the same charge. Must buy if you're looking for the best.

Used my pulse charger again today.only been used about half a dozen times with the same result. It was fully charged but I did not even get 2 recharges for my phone.Absolute garbage this product.Customer service is a disgrace as well.Don’t buy this product!!!!

I just bought my 14th car charger and everyone I have given them to have been very happy with it. Service from Pulse is very good. I have bought lots of their products and have only had a problem with one and as soon as I rang them and explained what happened they fixed the problem for me.

Delivery is fast and the products are great, I recently bought the Lightning Mini 10,000mAh Power Banks and I love it, I also have the universe 3 wall charger power bank to take on an overseas trip next year, I’ve bought a lot from Pulse and they are all good and I’ve never had an issue, I will keep buying from them!
