Found the Ring Doorbell on My Smart Home website at a fantastic price, almost too good to be true.
Ordered item on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday ( so not next day delivery) having said that I can’t complain the doorbell camera was as advertised boxed new and 2/3 the price.
Would shop here again and recommend to others.

I need to return my order. Ive sent two emails no response. Otherwise would have given them full stars as the ordering process and delivery was quick & easy

Two things, firstly although I placed the order at the weekend, it still took several days to arrive, which is contradictory to your next day policy. Secondly I received incorrect confirmation about the product, which left me searching for an alternative elsewhere. I then received an additional email, confirming the product was to my specifications. As a first time buyer, it just wasn't the best experience. Following the apology & explanation from Robin. I have upgraded to 5* because it is quite rare to find such good customer service.
