Really fantastic customer service
Really fantastic customer service - I had a plumber coming over the next morning and they made it so straight forward to upgrade my delivery to before 9am. Everything arrived on time ready for the plumber to install. Very happy, not to mention it was the only place I could find a white nest thermometer that would arrive on time! Thanks very much for help :)

Edit: Case was referred to management and Robin called me to apologise for the mix up with the serial numbers etc. I have also been assured that staff training has been delivered on this issue.
We have now received replacement earbuds after they were found to be faulty.
£10 refund and £10 voucher for future use also offered as a token gesture.
Purchased Bose earbuds for my husbands birthday in June. Happy with the item, fast delivery etc.
Problems started when the item became faulty and distorted sound from left earbud. Sent item back as requested to be accused of sending a different item back to them as the serial number on earbuds did not match the box. After a quick google search this is common with earbuds. Also been told that the use of earbuds does not reflect the time we have had them (6 weeks) as there is ear wax on them???
Bose have also advised that they haven’t had any contact regarding the serial number so I’m not sure the company follow the correct procedures regarding faulty goods.
Disgusted to be accused of sending back a different item to what they sent me. They have offered to return them to me at further cost (we already paid for recorded delivery back to them) or that they will destroy the £250 earbuds that we have had for 6 weeks.
Will be taking this further unless refund or replacement item received
