I had an issue with the build of a wardrobe
Full range were very responsive in supporting and offering option

I will write a full honest review, box with chair in left in rain, box ruined but chair okay, this is not the makers fault !!. At the moment I will only write about the present, will follow up after some use, althought no instrutions to install chair. i must add the design and simplicity of installion was easy, and first class designed, the look is elagant, the feel and quality is first class, If the gas lift is as good then I highly recommend this company.

bought an office chair and had problems with the lumbar part sticking in my sons back after a short period i got a replacement same thing happened and my sons back was bruised and swollen they told me to send chair back and they would refund me that was 2 weeks ago just ignoring all emails finally they sorted my refund but still dreadful experience never buy anything from them again

It's somewhat reassuring that FRF's customer service is responsive. I had a couple problems along the way, but things were dealt with promptly and their staff were friendly and on-the-ball. Thank you

I did have a fault on an office chair, I emailed the office and they emailed straight back, I then called their office and a man called Louie went out of his way to help me.

Things happen and no matter what you buy or where you buy from it’s always a possibility, however the way the company deals with the situation is everything.

The company were helpful and Louie was exceptional in customer service and a first class representative who I can only applaud for giving an Apple level of customer service.
I am very grateful, fair and honest what more can you ask.

I will be buying from here again because of the confidence I have in the company.

I ordered 2 office chairs and have to say that the quality and the customer service was nothing short of excellent.
I had the items shipped to Northern Ireland and they still arrived within 3 days.
Would not think twice about using them again 5*

Bought a “reinforced” bed which developed dips after only a few months so they arranged a replacement which lasted longer but once again developed multiple dips. The bed was terrible quality and when I contacted them about the second bed they tried to give me another replacement. I was not having another bad quality bed so argued until finally they said they would collect the bed and give me a refund. I will not be shopping with them again. Terrible quality. Only reason for two stars instead of one is because they actually gave me a refund.

Bought a zip and link superking bed from this company recently. The beds were not to our liking but full credit that when we contacted them they offered a full collection and refund with no problems at all! It's hard enough choosing a bed on line but if the return is as easy as this I would definitely recommend!!!

My son bought a bed from this company and it is of very poor quality - so much so that the bed slats don't stay in place so he has not been able to sleep on it. The metal supporting legs were cracked and although replacements were sent, they were also cracked and couldn't support the bed.

I've bought two chairs from Full Range Furniture. The price of the first chair was reasonable, and the delivery time was okay.

The first chair fell apart despite the user being well under the maximum weight limit. This was not Full Range's fault, so bought a replacement chair from them.

This time, I bought a chair with a five-year guarantee, and it has been well worth it. The user is still well below the weight limit, but the chair keeps breaking. Full Range's handling of this has been almost flawless. I've had to contact them twice about failed components, and both times, they sent me replacement parts quickly and with no quibbling. Responses have been, for the most part, speedy, and I've found them friendly and helpful.

They are actually the only affordable option I can find for the type of chair we need, but I will have no qualms about coming back to them when the five-year warranty runs out and we inevitably need another chair!

I normally don’t write reviews but I have read the other negative and wanted to share my experience.
I contacted them as the delivery needed to be in a certain time period.
The response was quick, they even called me and after they understood the situation, they were getting in touch with DPD making sure the chair arrived on time.
Great customer service.
The chair is looking good, easy to assemble and comfortable

Unfortunately the product was of poor quality and unfit for purpose. The return was very difficult (albeit friendly) and resulted in a very slow refund with significant adjustment - Im left with no chair and only 30% of my money back.

Horrible company,they should go out of bussiness. I have ordered 4 weeks ago and still waiting

Ordered a wardrobe.One month later still waiting. Chased up numerous times, taken time off work to facilitate a delivery still nothing. Phoned to cancel and did not even receive an apology which is the least I would expect having been lead a real dickdance for a month. AVOID.

Avoid - they will sap your time and energy!!

I ordered a chair - it arrived with a fault. They sent another chair - it had 2 faults. I then gave up and asked for a refund - and I'm still waiting after 2 weeks for them to pick up their faulty chairs and issue a refund.

This shows me that they have;
1. No QA process for checking their items before despatching them.
2. No properly functioning returns/refund system.

To be fair, their customer service team talked a good game and answered my emails, but they clearly had no control over the issues above.

23/09 - The company also use the name ChairOffice and use a service called Feefo to cherry pick customer reviews and inflate their ratings. They say they are google ratings, but you can't find them on google to give them an honest rating.

Rubbish Company. Website says next day delivery. Here I am, a week later, and 3 phone calls, still waiting for my order. They don't phone you back when they say. Customer service is shocking. I'm expecting the product to be rubbish when it arrives. Companies like this NEED to go out of business.

Terrible customer service! headache to deal with and having to keep chasing up - false promises from Kizi the advisor there!
Managers don't bother re-dressing issues

I order a bed,
First they forget to put the assembly parts ( screws etc..) in the package.
Than more than a week after I received some assembly parts but not the one for this bed.
And now I’m still waiting…
Almost 2 months that I’m sleeping on a mattress on the floor because they are not able to send a full bed in one time.

Avoid avoid avoid, the frame didnt last much more than a year, had fixed twice and fallen again. This company should be shut down. Wanted £200 for a replacement base frame.
