We made a payment, but it somehow got lost. No one knows where the hell it's at, and it's going to take 1 or 2 days to track it down and cancel it and another 5 to get it back on my card? This is the WORST company!!! don't trust them with a dollar. I guarantee you they'll screw it up!

I will give them a zero this is the worst goddamn company I ever had dealing with a job. somebody take money off your card You gotta wait this and wait that unprofessional you got people you barely can understand what they’re saying it’s just too much going on with this company and then want to blame it on you and then they will call you within 48 or 24 hours and never call like whoever came up with this company They need to discontinue it. they get upset when you asked to speak to a manager like this company is some bullshit.

This company is Full of Lies and Allows Hackers to make unauthorized Purchases from your account, I have recently experienced a Loss of Funds in the amount of 526.87, I made One purchase from TEMO and someone was able to Steal my Money from my account with Wisely, Stay away from this Company as they will not Replace my Funds that THEY allowed Hackers to take. This is Financial Banking Company that Allows other to take from hard working individuals, will Not Refund my money charges are from various Company's I have never Ever visited, I am a 21 year old that had to experience of having my hard earned money STOLEN Do Not Trust Wisely ADP should be out of Business for Good.

What i would like to know is who is the genius there that decided that everytime a person uses their card they have to log into the app and hit the yeah its me using the card button. So basically first transaction is always declined and you have to stand there in line with people waiting , wait for the message to ask if its you, then log into app and say yes its me all while trying to explain to the cashier how fn stupid this company is and try the card again. I dont think ive ever experienced something so dumb in my life. They literally gotta be just fn with people at this point. Unreal. Called customer service to have them remove the "security prompt" and they said it cant be removed and its not that big of deal to just hot the button. Ill be running as fast as i can as soon as i can to any other company but this one. Dumb, just inconcievably dumb.I may have to make up a new word just to describe how dumb this is like idk banglidumb.

I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. This company is a joke. No customer service whatsoever. Got gas at an Exxon gas station which I normally do go to but I needed gas for my lawnmower so I didn’t use my main card I use this shit card/bank because I didn’t want to use my main account for this exact reason. I got 3 gallons of gas which was $9. I don’t use my pin in public. So I choose the credit option. Now I don’t keep much money on this card because It not my main account. I never would’ve gotten this card. But it was issued to me by my job. I had a total of $61.59 before it hit the gas for the lawnmower. Hours later I was checking my account balance and it said $0.00. So I called customer service and there’s a language barrier or so they pretend to understand. So I hang up call back. And it appears to be the same guy but this time he uses a different name. Whatever so I tell him what’s going on and he tells me that I should receive my back on June 7th I said “WTF, that sound ridiculous. I’ve never heard of anything like this before. Real banks don’t do that. They’ll hold the funds for whatever amount you spent not put a hold on $61.59.” He start speaking what sounds like gibberish to me. And every question I asked he conveniently didn’t understand what I’m saying now. So with that being said. I wouldn’t bank here clearly they’re not on your side. I would say I will be closing this account but there’s nothing to close because they gave it all away. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. KEEP ON MOVING AND KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I Was Having a Very Difficult Time Trying To Change My Address That I Had On File. But Then I Contacted Customer Support. and They Were No Help. and On Top Of That They Asked Me For My Password. I Went Off On an Agent and Then I Hung Up On Them. This Company Is Nothing But a Scam and Needs To Go Outta Business.😡😡😡😡

horrible, horrible experience. My money was being transferred there by accident, and I had never once activated the card, but my money kept going there. Asked for a replacement card as I had thrown away the old one, and the customer service offered to send a replacement in 7-8 business days. 7-8 business days (saturdays and sundays dont count) pass, and no card. call again, they tell me to wait another day, call 2 more times, and they say another day another day until it's day 10, on a weekday. and yet again they ask me to wait another day, I tell the guy I've been waiting for 10 business days, and he was actually really helpful and great, he offered me expedited shipping. That one guy is the only good experience I had with wisely. expedited shipping is 1-3 days. and it took them 4 flipping days to deliver instead. Also, the emails dont tell you which company is delivering the card so I had to guess the tracking number onto the company. turns out it's fedex. after 4 days, I got to finally activate it, and went to transfer my money back into my actual account, only to see it takes them 2-3 business days to transfer the money. And this is where I made a mistake, I made 1 typo, one typo when I was adding the bank account to the wisely app, and it took them 2 days to tell me that they couldn't find the account. So now I'm stuck here waiting another 2
WHOLE days just to hopefully get my money. Also, the robot when you contact costumer support is so bad, that I just instantly resort to spamming random numbers to more quickly be put onto a human. in total, I waited a month just to get my hands on my money, that's a month where people can have potential bills, potential grocery needs, everything, and they would have to wait a month just to get a card and then get their money. Horrible, horrible service. Helpless customer service (Except that one guy). If it wasn't for the fact my money was accidentally being transfered to this awful card I wouldnt use it. No benefit to using the card, it doesnt offer interest, benefits, NOTHING, there's not even any motivator to keep the money in wisely. awful. awful. it should be a crime.

Bad Customer Service & Business Practices
This time? ? ? How about ALL the time!!!!!! I don't get my statements I have to pay for every month. When I have notified them repeatedly during the same trip, but keep getting locked out of my own account, and charged a fee each time. But the worst is when you are in a time sensitive/and, or safety situation and they suddenly have to send you a text/email for you to transact your own account business. ABSOLUTELY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible. Feel scammed into a subscription. Did a quiz online, got generic feedback and that was it I thought until months later discover my PayPal was having monthly charges taken out. I did the quiz under an alternate email account to my main account and an email stating I was subscribed was sent to that email which I didn’t see. My main issue is I have no idea how they managed to link to my PayPal since I know I definitely did not authorise or link any payment plan to this.
I don’t ever sign up to trials to avoid such things occurring and it was obviously my fault for doing the quiz that popped up during YouTube. I’m trying to follow up how this came about at the moment.
The absolute worst customer service ever!!!
My card was blocked and for a week I've been unable to use it. No communication from Wisely about it. I called and was told it was due to an online purchase I made 2 weeks prior. They just didn't like it and shut the card down.
I was treated so poorly on the phone, talked over, interrupted and when I asked
to speak to a supervisor I was denied and told if I didn't like the way I was being spoken to, I could hang up and call back and talk to someone else. I did and it ended up being the same situation. I had a total of 5 calls and one online chat. In the chat the gentleman apologized and told me he could get me a call back
from a supervisor which never came. After 40 minutes in chat he told me I had to call in, he couldn't fix the issue in chat. Worst company ever! My card is still locked and I don't have access to my own money, paycheck is depositing on it in two days and I cannot pay my rent or bills and cannot get help.
I would give them a -5 rating here if I could!

I tried to log into my Wisely app this morning & the app isn't working. Then I tried to contact customer service via their phone #. Got a robot, and had to call the number and lie to get another department and talk to a supervisor (human being). I don't know if my card works or not, don't know if I've been hacked. The woman told me it would be 1-2 business days before they fix my app.

My card was hacked from January 11 - 12th, 2025. I did not notice the charges until January 27th 0r 28th. I never received an alert or anything. The customer service is the worst. And it's hard to understand them over the phone. I'm assuming my dispute was denied because I returned the dispute letter late. They only give you 10 days from the dispute to return the letter, including the mailing time. Once I realized the mail was in my mailbox, I completed it and returned it. I missed the deadline by a couple of days. Once I unlock my account, I will remove my money and never use this bank again.
DO NOT get a Wisely card
DO NOT get a Wisely card. Your money WILL NOT be secure. I’ve never had my card hacked or had someone try to steal my money from a bank card EVER until Wisely. I’ve now had 5 incidents of fraud/attempted fraud with my card and Wisely does NOTHING to prevent it and very little to fix it. I lost $80 because I didn’t provide evidence that my money was stolen fast enough for Wisely. DISGUSTING! Don’t use them!!!

My card got hacked and I can’t get my money….charges were coming up twice and they have the audacity to say it was a pending transaction, but it states it twice. They locked my card but yet transactions were still hitting my account. My card went negative, I didn’t even know that was an option. I told them y would I make this transaction and I didn’t even have enough funds in my account at the time for it!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS IDC!! Now I have to wait on a card. I can’t wait to close this horrible bank. And from the looks of it (skimming through the other reviews) ALOT of us got scammed/hacked around the same time….what a coincidence huh 😒🤔….this is just sad we work too hard for our little change and they have the nerve to allow weird a** transactions like this.

I had a fraudulent charged they dismissed , they sent replacemnt card ( which by the way you cannot get ur money out without that card being active ) said 7-10 biz days . Still not delivered after 12 days since Intial call . They then are expedite a new one which will now take another week . This is BS plz save ur time and do not bank with them . This bank is a scam I DONOT get my paycheck any earlier than I would’ve if I used a diff bank

They claim you get your Direct deposit…
They claim you get your Direct deposit from your paycheck early, but they pay you the same time. Everyone else gets their paper checks at my job.and they are trying to blame my company for it when a coworker has a different bank and his money was there Wednesday morning when we left work
