IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY IT'S OURS!

OMG for the 2nd time in less than 3 months, our card has been locked! The first time we had to pay 35.00 to get a new card and again they want another 35.00 The only way to get access to our money is to get a new card. They claim it's due to suspicious activity someone trying to access our account online. How in the hell can they get away with this? They ask for a security phrase and since we couldn't verify that they won't unlock the card. We verified DOB and SS but that's NOT good enough it comes down to a stupid security phrase that we can't remember or in our opinion, we don't remember setting one up!! WTF is the deal it feels like they are locking the acct to get that 35.00. We have had the acct locked a total of 3 times the two I mentioned were recent and close together. We NEVER received any notifications of suspicious activity, the way we found out was when we went to access the acct online it right away stated our acct had been locked due to too many login attempts. This has resulted in some of our bills not being paid which in turn results in late fees. WTF wisley!!! It's our EFFing money!!! What gives you the right to lock us out of it!!!!!!!!! Oh and get this they requested a picture of photo ID and SS to verify the account and once we sent that it says the images will be reviewed in 2 business days so now we wait 2 days for that then another 2-3 days that is if we pay extra for them to expedite it if not its 7-10 days which results in having no money access for at minimum of 5 up to 12 days Thanks a lot wisely asses!

Customer BEWARE!!!!

Customer BEWARE!!!!! I reported my wisely card stolen in January 2025 and ordered a replacement of which I was charged $8 and finally received a letter with details of the investigation and the outline of where a card SHOULD be but NO card. I called again to order another replacement and the nerve of the card services representative to request another fee. She waived the fee when I threatened to cancel Wisely services. Today is March 14th 2025 and still no card. I called yesterday and the rep said in about 2 weeks. Avoid this card at all costs. I'm switching over to Chime.

They don't release your paycheck until…

They don't release your paycheck until 7pm. Then they say the problem is with your employer. I started a account with another one and had a couple of hundred deposited in that account. I recieved my money by 10am and Wisely still shows up at 7pm. So they hold on to your money that you worked for, there a joke.

Wisely is the worst company payroll…

Wisely is the worst company payroll company I've ever dealt with the advertise to get your funds today earlier on the ADP app and in reality you don't get nothing I didn't even get my first my first payroll check it says deposited on the ADP app but the car is saying no pending transactions this is the worst scam I've ever had if I can write them negative 10 I will give it to them they suck they don't even have any customer service reps that can help you in my opinion the worst company ever so if anybody is reading this do not ever ever ever use this company

Not ever a star. Such a scam. Nothing but excuses from oh your id didn't upload, oh you didn't upgrade, oh your company changed their name then oh you have to open another account and maybe it will work

I am customer through wisely card

I am customer through wisely card, they could not help me log in, or reset password. They say my date birth is wrong. There were asking for my password and social security number image . Which I refuse to do. For this, is red flag. I get pay through my employer. My employer is the only person should be asking for this. I’ll be switching to direct deposit for now. Plus’s it’s take 3 to 5 days to transfer the money to my bank account. Worst service. I work two jobs. This worse card any company can give to employee. The money takes too long to transfer to my bank accounts and now wisely is charging $3 fee to transfer your money to be available the next day. Which I was willing to do. Now that I am having this issue. I will no longer be there customer. The languages barrier with other person on the other line I can’t understand what they’re saying. Red Flag all over.

My wisely is a scam - I am DONE with them!!

My wisely is a scam! My company offers this debit card as a convenient payroll option but all they have given me is inconvenience!! I called them to dispute a charge made by Door Dash and made through my Cash app pay and they automatically, locked my card without my consent. They said they will have to send me a replacement card AGAIN!! they just did this to me about 6 months prior and charged me $15 if I wanted to receive it the next business day. After I agreed to that it took 3 business days and a weekend to receive my card. in the meantime I could not access my funds. They also did this to me before within the past 2 years, they did this 3 times at least!! They also kept declining my card when I would use it causing me embarrassment repeatedly this is one of the times they locked it and did not allow me to access my funds saying that they are required to send me a replacement. I just filed a complaint on the BBB website. Im withdrawing all my money and never going back to Wisely!!

Unauthorized dispute submitted by customer service.

A customer Service rep put in a dispute without my authorization. She also deactivated my card, so that means whatever funds I had or anything that I needed to pay, I was gonna be unable to pay my children needed things, and I was unable to provide because my card was deactivated in a dispute was submitted without my authorization.Then I asked to speak with a supervisor , transfer to sup by the name of Andrew. He was no help at all. They did not want to give me corporate number. I cannot get the agent name who put in a dispute without my authorization. They deactivated my card right before I got a deposit. I was not able to pay my bills on time due to them taking 10 days to send out a new card I stated over and over and over on the call that I did not want to put a dispute in . The customer service rep insisted and went and put a dispute in without my consent. I have been with this company using their card for over five years. This is the most distasteful situation that has ever happened to me. It’s safe to say I will no longer be using my wisely. I was also hung up on several times. I had to call back more than four times. This is unacceptable. When this company has your money hostage. I will give them zero stars if I could.

The utmost hypocritical people ever. We’ve banked with them for two years and they randomly deactivated our card and we had to call to PAY for an entirely new card and they cannot give us a reason they deactivated it. now we have ZERO money available

Worst Company in the World

I would give them a 0 if I could. In December my account was hacked for almost 600 dollars to a theme park in California. I live in Ohio, and have fraud protection. I immediately called and filed a fraud claim. I was given a provisional credit after two weeks- and the case kept saying "pending" when I checked my App. This morning ( February 20th) at 5:00 am, the provisional credit was reversed, leaving me with a negative balance!!! I called and was told my case has been denied. WHAT??? I have fraud protection- and it was clearly a scam charge to Knotts Berry Farm, that should never have went thru without verification. When we traveled, Wisley denied purchases several times because I was out of my State, and didnt inform them prior. Now, I have to wait for a letter to "appeal" and find out what the bogus denial decision was based on. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of their own employees that scammed me. They are after all based in California. One of those things that makes you think...This company is the worst. They should be put out of business. I'm not stopping here. I've placed a claim with the Ohio Attorneys General and The BBB.
They are scammers themselves, taking hard earned money and not living up to their own policies. I know this will be sent to them, but don't expect any resolution, based on the joke of customer service received to date.

This service is horrible. They made me wait to get a card after I got my direct deposit and held my money for days after. Horrible shitty service and even worse representatives. I’d give no stars if I could.

They deserve a 0 star review

If I could leave a 0 star review I would have. DO NOT USE WISELY!!!!
My account has been hacked several times while using their card and system!! I have lost THOUSANDS while using them!!! NOW THEY WANT ME TO WAIT FOR 45-60 DAYS FOR A RESOLUTION!!!
Their customer service representatives are unreliable as is their chat system built into the Wisely app.

someone hacked my card somehow and…

Hell someone hacked my card somehow and bought airline tickets in Fla. I'm in WV. I saw a pending fee for the airline and called to tell them that I never ordered airline tickets. They cancelled my card. Told me a week to 10 business days but didn't mail it for 4 days. Then I am told 45 to 90 days to get my money back when I gave them notice to not release my money to these criminals. I have been with them for about 10 years. They should see my pattern and that I don't have disputes. So why should I (1.) have to wait almost 2 weeks to have access to what I have left? (2.) They could have shipped it much quicker. (3.) Have o go through this 2 to 3 month period to get MY MONEY back when they should not have released it in the 1st place. This is not a bank. And being a patron for a decade makes no difference to these people. Can't understand them because most I have talked, to talk too fast, and I can't understand their broken english. I feel sorry for young people that live paycheck to paycheck. ACP is more worried about keeping money for interest profits than the interest of their clients.

Unfortunately I thought what a good idea this was through my payroll company ADP absolutely horrible my card was hacked and they are making me jump through hoops. This is my money and no provisional credit. I have called daily and the same run around some one who reads out of a pre determined set of wording. DO NOT DO IT. Only one person was some what helpful after my 18 calls

Horrible customer services, they refuse to improve

I've had a card from this company for 7+ years, and over the course of these 7 years, the customer service has declined. It is never their fault its always yours. They always seem unenthusiastic when calling and hang up. Many times, I would not be able to understand their accent and I would ask to speak to someone else, they would leave me on hold for 3+ hours then hang up.

My fiancé

My fiancé, card expired 11/2024. He has not been able to obtain a new one or access his money. We have called several times and have spoken with multiple supervisors and managers. They are not on the same page. Their customer service is terrible, from line staff to managers. We requested to speak with an American representative, we were told they will call us back in a few hours. No one called us, we called back and was told by a manager, an American representative would take 24 hours to 72 hours, when I said, that’s unacceptable. She hung up on us. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the owner of the company. I think everyone needs to file with the BBB.

They will not allow us to speak with an American Representative, we think it’s fear of losing the business.

Ordered a new card because of a fraud…

Ordered a new card because of a fraud alert and they claimed it would take 7-10 days to arrive and its been over 2 weeks and nothing. Horrible customer service. Haven't gotten access to paycheck in almost 3 weeks. They say to get it expedited I have to pay $35 for overnight shipping, when they're the ones who took too long to send me my card. Won't be using their service again. Such a scam.
