Do NOT use WISELY! They actively participate in ACCOUNT FRAUD! They just stole $2200 from my card and have not shown any transparency with this theft. Others are unable to get their money from their employee IRA accounts.They have a 1 Star rating. I'd give less for their rude, unethical business practices.
Horrible customer service
They did nothing to help fix my problem,other than blame me for not being able to make things easier for them. Trash company, and the managers are the worst. don't get this card if looking for help!

How do you score -10 seriously!! Wisely is serviced under 5th 3rd Bank. Went to an ATM serviced by 5/3 bank. ATM had an error when I tried to pull money. ATM did not give me any money but pulled it from my wisely card provided and serviced by 5/3 bank. Receipt says error on money dispensed. Via no money came out. Call card customer service they say call atm provider call 5/3 bank they say call Wisely. Excuse me isn’t wisely provided and supported by 5/3. Since it is a prepaid card provided they are saying 45 days for it to be investigated. But wait it gets better have to file paperwork takes up to 10 days for paperwork to be provided. Are you kidding me? I have video and paper receipt to show error from atm. CUSTOMER BEWARE. They are thieves and do not care about there customer literally all levels of customer service was a joke and if you don’t have an direct account with them you can’t get ahold of the people who service the ATM. RUN!!! Filed police report of theft. No Joke!!! No my family will not have groceries etc. NEVER AGAIN

I’m convinced that the people at Wisely are the ones that took money out of my account. Fortunately it was only $256. Of course I needed that money and after 2 months of calling a representative they determined I knew the perpetrator who actually added money to my account and then
withdrew their money and mine.
If I could give a Zero I would. Worst part I was robbed and they didn’t even use a gun or a weapon.
If you have this card WITHDRAW your money IMMEDIATELY before they do. My next step is to get out of ADP. Because of them I’m $256 dollars poorer.
Look at the reviews of how many people have had their myWisely accounts infiltrated the same way without getting their money back.
You can’t even report it to the Police Department because WHO do you report??? The number on the Card goes to a Scam Artist a professional at best.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE BY GETTING THIS CARD THRU MY EMPLOYER(GAUDENZIA CORPORATION) I WAS DEFRAUDED OUT OF $200 PLUS WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE FROM WISELY. I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND THE REP BECAUSE OF THE LANGUAGE BARRIER AND EACH TIME I HAD TO EXPLAIN THE CIRCUMSTANCES TIME AFTER TIME. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I WAS SENT A DENIAL LETTER WITHOUT HAVING AN INVESTIGATIONS. I WAS CURRENTLY WORKING AT THE TIME OF THE FRAUD ON THIS CARD. THE ADDRESS THAT IS WAS BEING COMMITTED FROM LOCATION STATED 705 PHILADELPHIA PIKE WILMINGTON DELAWARE THAT BELONGS TO ERA REALTY COMPANY WHICK ISNT A PNC BANK ATM THAT WAS TOLD BY ME FROM THE WISELY REP. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS IS MY FAULT. THIS HAPPENED ON DECEMBER 20TH 2024. AND YET AGAIN I WAS DENIED MY CLAIM AGAIN. I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option on January 1. It was a charge on my account for $278. I immediately contacted them. It’s for a credit builder account with a whole Nother person‘s name on the actual statement that clearly is not me. I talked to one person they assured me everything was started no big deal a week later I get a card in the mail with that’s not my name I call back. I explained what happened. They said oh we’re so sorry. I asked about the paperwork that I’m supposed to fill out and then email back. They said wealways send it out
They overnighted me a new card with the correct name on it and then tell me that they can’t send me the paperwork that I need to sign and then when I do get it that I have to email it back to them
Day 12 I call again about my sixth call. They say oh no write this email that will get the dispute started all the while all the other calls saying that it would be investigated here we are 15 days later and you’re telling me that it’s going to be until February 15 to do the proper investigation. I called to talk to a supervisor I talked to a supervisor that barely spoke English. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said there was nobody above her. I asked to speak to somebody that was equivalent to her and she stated that she would leave an email and somebody would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Still nothing. I wish I could give zero stars. The only one star I will give you is that the card is purple
By far, the absolute worst company I have ever used. I got this through my employer, it should not take 45 days to find out if something is mine or not when it clearly says a foreign name on the account that’s not mine absolute worst service ever do not recommend zero out of zero

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! First, every single person we talked to (over 10 reps) were all in India. You will NEVER get a person you can actually understand! They didnt realize they unmuted the phone to early and we heard dogs barking, music playing, and what sounded like a group of people in the background just laughing. We called to check our balance due to waiting on a refund which we were not seeing on the app. Wisely said the las 4 of SS number we provided was wrong so they locked our account. They then requested we send a clear copy of the FULL SS number to their link. NO WAY was I EVER sending my SS number to a customer service company where people are listening to music and laughing in the background. We declined doing this and asked for other options so they told us to contact our employer since the SS number was in error on their end. We drive to our employer, call Wisely back, and tell them we now have management on the phone. The customer service rep for wisely accused us of pretending to be the manager and hung up the phone on us and our employer!! My manager was shocked and made every call he could to our District Manager, HR, and general manager, because wisely refused to unlock the account unless we sent or TOLD then the full SS number! Our manager also said that info they wanted is highly inappropriate. I called wisely back and they answered the phone but would not say anything! This happend 2x in a row. So I blocked my number and called again, and they answered! Which means they INTENTIONALLY said nothing on the phone when they seen my phone number calling! How is this company still in business?! When I tell you, EVERY SINGLE REP WE SPOKE TO HUNG UP THE PHONE ON US, I MEAN IT. We called over 15x and each and every time, they literally hung up the phone on us and still refused to unlock the account unless I told them my full SS. I kept asking every agent I spoke to for the list of names for all the reps that handled our calls that night so I could file a complaint and every single rep said NO and that they would not give us any name! When I pressed the issue, they kept hanging up!! My general Manager finally called wisely in the middle of night and had to THREE WAY call us so we could give her authorization for the call. The GM told wisely the SS error was corrected by HR after doing a hard reset in the system over 2 hours ago and the wisely rep confirmed to seeing that correction in the system. So if the SS issue was fixed

After my GM reminded wisely that they are a contracted third party company who works for them, the agent THEN decided to unlock the account! My GM asked the same question I did which was to give her the names of all the reps that took the call for that account that night and again, wisely said NO WE CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY NAMES. THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM ARE CROOKS!B DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY OR ANY PERSONAL INFORAMTION! As soon as out account was unlocked, we removed every cent from there and will be switching!! Also, I'd like to note that there is no other way to file a complaint on these people except by calling THEM. No corporate, no alternative number. You can only call them, so really no way to even complain about this AWFUL CRIMINAL customer service reps. I will be complaining with ADP as well since Wisely is under them. All of the calls are recorded, so there is proof out there of all of this taking place. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!

Couldn’t access funds just because I was waiting for a card to come couldn’t move the money or transfer it until I got the card or nothing terrible company to bank with never again I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone can’t access funds when you need them terrible terrible customer service. Honestly the worst company I’ve banked with, I had a wisely card at the time of my new job and didn’t have my own direct deposit account and asked to have what they call “a company card”. This was back in august and I had never received that card until my supervisor had to give me on physically. Then recently I wanted a refund as uber took 9.99 out of my wisely card without my authorization, customer service is telling me they’re sending me a new card. I just wanted a refund, then they proceeded to give me false dates of my new card arriving, that was shipped Dec 20 and have not received up until now. Then I call and the woman on the phone can barely explain my card dilemma. So now I have a new card “arriving” Jan 8, with overnight shipping with the price of 35$ which I wasn’t informed about the fee when on the phone. Honestly feel like closing down the account and going to Wells Fargo,🫥

Actually I would rate them negative stars. Horrible experience and customer service!! No help at all, lock me out of my account automatically lock me out of login ask questions you can only answer on login. Make you download 2 forms of id because they say my date of birth is incorrect, so I get to suffer I got bills to pay and am locked out, I'm motioning for a court date if it prolongs any further!! Do not go through them I repeat never go through them! They will take your money and lock you out! Absolutely horrible. If I have to I will get everyone together to sign a motion to shut them down if need be. Something is not right with them.

CONSTANTLY having issues with my card. Spend a lot of time with customer service getting my account unlocked, which always means waiting another 2 days to access money I stood on my feet and worked hard for. Customer service absolutely terrible, they didn't care that it was Christmas time and people need their money. The card has worked on and off for 3 weeks. I've considered getting another job just to avoid these terrible FAKE cards. And if you aren't locked out of your account, you might just be at a place where wisely card isn't supported. Is it fair? Give me access to the money that is rightfully mine and earned! The man I spoke to today was shameful and knew he could have helped more! He actually hung up on me. Hope he gets the Christmas he deserves, since he sits on his butt refusing to actually help anyone in a bind. Everything is expensive.. do you think people have extra money to play around like this?

PNC bank will give you your money back from unwanted transactions wisely doesn't use go2bank anyone else but them please people make them lose customers took $75 dollars off my card for tv subscription I don't have. Then they make you wait a whole two weeks in you got bills charge 35 to expedite it chime charges you nothing nothing buy a NetSpend card anything but wisely

Absolute awful company.there was a scam transaction trying to go through I called them and reported it so it could possibly be stopped they wouldn’t stop it. After that I tried to dispute it nothing.
The real story of how Wisely treats there customers
Dec.21st 2024 I received a text from Wisely asking if I had charged $8.62 to Amazon prime. I responded no because I hadnt tried to purchase anything on Amazon. I then received a notice from Amazon Prime video saying I needed to update my form of payment. Light bulb moment, video being the key word left out of the original text from Wisely. I immediatley called wisely customer service and let them know I answered incorrectly and that it was a legit charge. I was told it's an automatic function and they suspended my card and a replacement will be sent in 7-10 days. Its Dec 21st and thats my paycheck, surely this cant be right. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold and then the same voice says he is the supervisor and no change "replacement card in 7-10". I started to say.... then was hung up on. Im trying to include exact details so Im sorry for the long read. I signed up through the wisely app and did the chat with Falak and he gave me a phone number for the "specialized team". After giving all my info for the 4th time I was told "you tried cutomer service over the phone and were offered a solution and hung up, you then tried to go through the app and now your here with me". "you have failed 2 times and this is your 3rd and last time. Exact time of transaction, exact amount of transaction and exact name on transaction and if you fail 7-10 days thing. I will be leaving wisely and just doing direct deposit, these clowns forget who's money it is. I have never had any card company catch a fraudulent charge before or during a transaction, infact the only person not allowed to use my card(s) has been me! So I posted this REVIEW on Saturday night and wisely had turned my pay card back on........well well come Sunday morning guess what? Its shut down again because I didn't respond to a text sent to me at 4:00am Sunday morning. Hmmm be careful of what you say in your review, the truth may get you shut down over the holidays.

Denied dispute transactions that was not authorized by me I told wisely once I found out on Nov 15 and it happened again Nov 27 I told them that someone told my money that I didn't authorize and dispute and once I called again they said my dispute was denied I told them how when it never authorized this ACH transfer transaction in the first place. They told me that the sent a letter to the address that was on file and I told them that I wasn't going to get because the address is wrong I don't live in Georgia and the number and email is not mine. So once I found out again that my money got stolen from me on Nov 27 I explain to them again that my account got over taken and they said that I had to verify my information I told how when the number doesn't match so they said the number you are calling can I send a link I said yes and then I sent them all my documents that they needed and now they said the are going to send me a letter to open up my case again how is this fair when it's my account and I didn't authorize this account and I called the cops and made a report on it I guess my next step is to sue them

I would give no stars if it was an option, do not trust this company unless you want to wait months or maybe never to get paid they make impossible loopholes to withhold your money from you and I’m sure some people may love it but I personally know a few who never got their money and are still waiting
