This company is pure fraud

This company is pure fraud. I had my check forced on this card. Previous company I worked for over 4 years ago had used them. They decided to send me a card and then tell me that current company doesn’t support the card THEY sent out. Almost impossible to get paid 2 checks in a row. They are fraudulent and act like they can’t even do their job. I know they are operating under 5th 3rd. Expedited service is a line of crap. Paid for it and have been waiting a week already after being promised 2 days. Only time I got their attention is when I said was bringing an attorney in if they didn’t follow through. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. I love the company I work for but this is enough to make people find other places

Horrendous Customer Service and Dispute Team Investigation

I recently had fraudulent activity on my card, $200 worth. I did not notice until my card was declined a few days after the fraudulent charges happened. I reside in Washington and the charges happened in Texas, one of them being the typical Home Depot scam charge. I reported the charges to Wisely dispute team and requested a new card.
The following day I get an email that the investigation found “No Errors” and when I called the wisely team again to try to understand why no errors were found, they were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. I had to write a hand written letter re-explaining the fraud and send to their ADP HQ in San Dimas. The Wisely dispute team after hearing that I was not present for the charges and I did not give anyone my card or card number is in Violation of Regulation E, holding account holders liable for unauthorized transactions upon receiving oral communication. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of a real investigation, the process of having to hand write and mail a letter to open my dispute back up (this is not the 1950s), and the customer service representatives.

I was a victim of fraud

I was a victim of fraud. Stoled everything in my account. Security was breached. It's going on 2 weeks, and my money is still unavailable. They tell me it could be 4 to 6 weeks. I've called 5 xs to file fraud. And each time I'm told nothing has been filed. I'm about to lose my whole life. And they refused to do anything about it. This is supposed to be insured but the FDIC. And yet they are stealing my money on their own Security breach. Please be aware of their shady business practices.

There was apparently "fraudulent activity" on my account but they couldn't tell me what and I have my card with me. Didn't even notify me that my card was shut off. When I called they said it would take 7-10 business days to get a new card shipped. Aka 2 weeks at most with weekends. I asked if I could get a card sooner with faster shipping or could I transfer funds to my PayPal while I wait. They said nope. It wasn't until I had made a lot of noise about canceling service with them completely that they said oh, we can do expedited shipping and you'll have your card in 3 business days. REALLY?!?! As soon as new card comes in I'm opening up an account with different bank. Customer service was non existent.

I have been with wisely for years

I have been with wisely for years, it is a good company they answer their calls and back their customers, I do not have an over draw on my card( which would be helpful) but, I don't think they support this kind of system, but overall Wisely does the job for what I need and I do not plan on getting rid of my Wisely account anytime soon. they are helpful and they do have customer service.

Wisely customer service is absolutely…

Wisely customer service is absolutely horrible. They are completely useless. Unfortunately I have my paycheck direct deposited to my wisely account. My phone number changed so now I can't get on the app. I'm have called and emailed them repeatedly. I have sent in the the documents they requested and still nothing.I am definitely changing my direct deposit. Horrible experience

I got paid on my wisely card on Friday and still haven't been able to use it.

I got paid on my wisely card but didn't have access to it I've talked on the phone with customer service five times now and if anything they made me have to wait even longer and they just sent me a card but apparently my address is wrong and I have to go to the post office to get it changed for wisely even though I have a card they want to send another and I can't use the one I have nor can i get into my online account I feel like they just stole my first paycheck and i really need it .Never have I ever had so many problems trying to get help

NEVER USE WISELY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

About a month ago I began working for a company in my town. It’s a very well known store in malls and its all over the country. When I began working there, I was told we would use direct deposit, like most. We filled out our information for direct deposit and a week later i received a letter in the mail offering me a “free” card from this company. i had no idea why they had my info and sent me mail and it was one of the letters just showing an overview of the card. i love my bank so i threw it out because i never intended to switch my banking or get another banking app. my employer told me we’d be paid after two weeks of working and on the third week of not being paid, i asked a coworker if she had been and she said no. she was hired same time as me. everyone else at work was paid besides us. yesterday my coworker told me to check my email and i did. i discovered that WITHOUT MY CONSENT i was enrolled to be paid thru a pay card that was sent to me. 1. it NEVER told me in the letter wisely sent me that this was the card that would be used. 2. i never said my employer could ENROLL ME IN THIS. i did not ask to be paid like this. and i was NEVER told about this. while yes this is on my employer, it is also EXTREMELY unethical to have a company that enrolls people without their knowledge it consent thru their employers. because i threw away the card. i was screwed. all my money on a card i didnt know would have MY MONEY on it. i immediately tried to get another card but obviously did not know if i even had an account they had set up. so i couldnt get it. i went online trying to get help on the website with literally NO way of directly contacting or getting help from wisely. i had to look up a third party website to find one customer service number. i called and while the woman on the phone was polite, they NEVER apologized for this when I was OBVIOUSLY upset. i had to have them send me a knew card that THEY CHARGED ME FOR. i had to chose 7-10 business days shipping because it was the cheapest. and still paid $15 for it which was charged to my money that i havent ever had access to or knowledge or where to access it. also, if you wanted it any sooner it was between $25 and $35. i was repeatedly told i cannot even access this money by getting cash so i am sitting here with $0 in my checking account. all because of these people who think its okay to mess with people’s money and not provide any direct support. i should never have to go thru third party websites to find customer support. never use this horrible company. they’re disrespectful and do not genuinely care if they screw you over.

worst experience

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I was disconnected three times by customer support without receiving a call back. My card is delayed, and as a result, my salary is stuck in my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. I’m also concerned that my second deposit will be inaccessible due to the card being late or possibly lost in the mail.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, customer service signed me up for a new account, which has a zero balance and cannot be used as an alternative to the original account I still can’t access. No funds can be transferred between the accounts, so I don’t understand the purpose of creating it. The customer service, outsourced to Asia, follows strict scripts and is unable to escalate the matter to someone more knowledgeable.

I’m currently in the Hurricane Milton zone and do not have money for basic needs like gas and food. Choosing this service has been a huge mistake.

Worst company ever!!!

Worst company ever!!!! I will never recommend this company to anybody. They outsource their customer service to people that sound like they're from India and are very rude people. Won't even send you to a supervisor when you ask them too.

These people are crooks

These people are crooks. I disputed an Amazon charge for 9 dollars. They proceed to lock my card saying that my social security number on the card that I’ve been using for almost a year doesn’t match. I have been going around and round in circles with their “call center” for months!!! They have been holding my hard earned money hostage for months!! Do not use this company. This can’t be legal

I wouldn’t give you guys any stars for how difficult you make ppl lives that are involved with this card service. They don’t even give you a replacement card or give you the option to cancel a lost card online they make you call a 866 number that sends you to the website that tells you they basically can’t help you. I have money just sitting on a wisely card and they are not trying to help me get my money back because they are scamming people for sure

Was Using this card for Foster Care Pay…

Using this card for Foster Care reimbursement. ALL OF A SUDDEN they state that they have my date of birth as incorrect after I already signed up and was able to access money at an ATM. I went in Circles online trying rectify the situation. Customer service was absolutely terrible and they don't care. They want me to upload my SS card! How crazy is that? Guess they will keep the money I earned for the Foster Care case I had. Absolutely the worse.

Lost my card

Lost my card. Call twice to verify replacement said 7 to 10 days. Sept 21 automated then live person Sept 22. Something told me call again an there was no card process. I had spend 35$ to get things moving my direct deposit from the government had already posted. This is not right!

Very Helpful

I apparently signed up for it at a discounted rate then had a $59.99 charge the next month for educational purposes. I wrote them explaining that I didn’t remember doing or need the service at this time and they did refund my money and also unsubscribed me which I was pleased. But I can’t rate how the company is with its educational programs.

Do not bank through this card

Do not bank through this card. My email got hacked, so I didn't have access to the email I used for my account. They've proceeded to make me jump through hoop after hoop when I've given every piece of information they've asked for. Now they ask for a W2, which I got, but because it doesn't have my social printed except for the last 4 digits, they can't accept it. I just want access to my money again and I will be switching banks as soon as this crap is figured out.

Don't Use

I had to make a call of a complaint for the lack of service I was receiving.

Before even speaking to anyone, they managed to make my mood even worse by assigning me to some idiot who barely spoke English, who kept asking me to repeat myself and making the situation way worse.

Wish trustpilot let you give 0 stars. The internet is full of the same complaints about Wisely. They make getting -your- money extremely painful physically, emotionally and financially. Words like scammers and thieves are too mild for Wisely. I haven't been paid in 4 weeks because of their "policies" and no solution is on the horizon. Will it be 8 weeks? 12 weeks? Will I need a lawyer to get my money?
