Wish trustpilot let you give 0 stars. The internet is full of the same complaints about Wisely. They make getting -your- money extremely painful physically, emotionally and financially. Words like scammers and thieves are too mild for Wisely. I haven't been paid in 4 weeks because of their "policies" and no solution is on the horizon. Will it be 8 weeks? 12 weeks? Will I need a lawyer to get my money?

Absolutely the worst banking experience…

Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever received! Customer service sat and lied to me at first saying my funds would be available by that evening and then I waited a while extra day and then called back and they said that now it’s the merchants fault, and didn’t even apologize for their own people lying to me two days prior. Then I call the merchant and they told me that they never even charged my account because the transaction was canceled so quickly so then I call back Wisely customer service and at first they blamed the merchant until I told them I had a screen shot if my conversation with the merchants supervisor then she said that well it is the banks policy to hold my funds and then she actually hung up on me right in the middle of a question I was asking. Absolutely the worst!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

My wisely pay card is a joke

My wisely pay card is a joke they shouldn't we even exist. I messed up put my number in to many times I was intoxicated for the truth. I tried to use it of course it was locked, I called and gave them information they needed my birthday and SSN number now I gotta jump through there questions and photos that tell the the same information.

I don't think there is a worst company than this company. It has the worst customer service ever recorded in human history. They locked my account and now I can't access my funds. Even though I have given them my S.S., date of birth, favorite color they still won't unlock my account.

I don’t even want to give wisely a star. Unfortunately I had to check off one to write my review. Their customer service is very unprofessional unhelpful they denied my disputes. They suck big time. They won’t even change my phone number

Minimum $2 To Access My Own Money!

It should never cost me money to transfer money my employer requires to go on to the card into my bank. $2 each time. Reading through the terms it says that if you get charged from an ATM that you shouldn't have just call them and they will straighten it out. After an hour on the phone they refunded three of the $6. Avoid this card if you can!

Bad experience to loyal customer

They will apologize to you to you can't take it. They won't refund any ATM transactions fees even if it wasn't you. They are very excellent at not helping. Basically this company is thee worst. I was notified after my funds were taken then they made a bunch of bs promises. My opinion if you have this card cancel it out and move on

Just called MyWisely poor customer…

Just called MyWisely poor customer service as I received a message that my card had been declined for $1.29 at Greene King Brewery. There is less than $10.00 on the card as it was how I was paid from a job I am no longer at. I was told to report a stolen card or to get a replacement press one, otherwise stay on the line for a live person. I stayed on the line and after calling back several times I kept getting this response “Sorry, I did not get that!” I decided to try a different route. This time I got a real person (or it could have been AI😡) who kept acting like they could not hear me. They kept saying “Thank you for calling MyWisely how can I help you?” Then they said “Since you are not responding, I am going to say you did not respond or there was no response (something to that effect). I WAS responding and they acted like they could not hear me!! Maybe that person just doesn’t want to work. That entire system is TRASH!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! “MY WISELY!!” RUN!!!🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Absolute worst experience ever

Absolute worst experience ever! If I could give them a negative five stars I would! Had to call back five times due to was hung up on and transferred to some number that only rang?!? Definitely does not fit the ADP brand, but I guess they are just like every other company now days; willing to sacrifice their prestigious reputation for the sake of a dollar. Such a shame!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS SOURCE! I had an account and it did not take long, I payment cycle to realize the unreliability of this!!
I'm good. I don't feel like having my money compromised, but one of the WORST PARTS ... AMAZON PROMOTES thos company. so my ADDITIONAL ADVICE- BE VERY PRECAUTIOUS on your payments methods that you use on ANY AMAZON ACCOUNT!!! OR ELIMINATE IT- ALL TOGETHER!!
NOT WORTH IT!! OR GET AN ATTORNEY! CUZ THIS COMPANY IS DOING FRAUDULENT PROCESSES

Waited 20 min. & customer service hung up on me.

Waited 20 min. To talk with someone about a prepaid credit card. I told them it was for my daughter who is under 18 and they would not explain anything since she was not around. I had not even activated the card. The customer service person hung
up on me. I could not explain that I think there was faud because I got an email asking for a code to get into the account. No wonder they have bad reviews.

Website mywisely.com has a map for money transactions. In network locations, wisely tells you to contact them for reimbursement of fees.

Map show in network, but if you contact as website tells you wiselypay will not reimburse. It is just $5 but map is incorrect. This is not the first time.

I asked to just have map updated, poorly trained. Runaround, please avoid.

Worst Company Ever

Their "customer service" is call centers in foreign countries. They give no support. They locked my account with me on the phone trying to resolve a dispute. They then would not reverse the funds to allow me access to my money through my County payroll department. This has been a nightmare. The call center hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. This feels like a fraud. They have my money and will not release it to me.

Horrible customer service. No body ever speaks English... Money always comes up missing and they never want to help get it back.. Rude, unprofessional, I will never use them again..

If I could give a zero I would. I'm a brand new customer with wisely debit card have not been a customer for very long and they've already locked down my card to where I can no longer add money or do wire transfers from my PayPal account. I've called them three different times and they've done nothing but give me the runaround and never told me anything about why my account has been blocked the fourth time I called them they finally told me that my account was restricted but never told me why. They wanted to transfer me to a higher department which turned out to be closed for the day so that didn't do any good. This company is the most horriblest company that I've ever seen in my life and for them to treat people like this especially new clients is completely unacceptable. I would advise not to use this card company if it all possible please avoid.

If you can avoid this company please…

If you can avoid this company please do, I set up early direct deposit, I have to some weeks I get my money on a Wednesday morning or evening. For the last weeks, I have to call a customer service rep to ask why my check is behind. Their responses are always highly sarcastic, I spoke with a women today , her reply “‘man your employ has you for Friday” i as your client signed up a contract for early deposit, worst prepaid card in America. If you can, run away from them!!!!

WISLEY only as a last resort!! Had a simple dispute was forced to…

Had a simple dispute was forced to close account and get new card. This is a paycard and I get paid weekly. It took over 14 days to get new card. They denied my claim. And were no help at all when card didn't come in the 7 to 10 days. I never should have had to have my card cxl to resolve dispute. All the customer support Staff will not deviate from scripted Corp response. I apologize is spoken every 5th word UT never offer any assistance with your priblem

This costumer service are worst ever than Wal-Mart one one I call them to get authorized a check my 4 SSN my DOB, MY 16 card, was not satisfied when one lady heard a voice of my kids asking who are they what is theirs name... that's for your safety.
Really my first impression this lady is SUPER smart IDIOT the fun part I said I care about my safety more than you and thru are my kids she blocked 🚫 my card. DAMMY

Horrible Card and Company

Horrible card. Only used them because the job i work uses the card and its the quickest way to get paid. Tried to "upgrade" my account in the app and was told i had 14 days to provide social security card and ID. A few hours later i got an email saying my account was closed and im not elgible for wisely i didnt even get a chance to verify anything. Luckily i only used the card to get paid then took the money off to put in my real account because they took away all access to my account and said a check would be mailed. These people need to be shut down
