I love the clothes!
I’m only 5’ and 1” tall. Some shorter pants would be great! Also the option to have a bag only every other month instead of every 3 weeks would be better for me. I live on a budget! 🙂

The selection of clothing that I receive from your company is not stylish enough for me. At one time I loved the clothes I received from you but now I feel you only send items that nobody wants so you recycle to other customers until someone accepts it.

Love the convenience
I have been with Nadine West since 2022 and I love the convenience of having the outfits shipped to me and being able to try them on in my own home is a plus. I like the quality of the clothes that I have received. It is easy to change your size and you can give feedback about each piece that they send to help them with your next package.

I have been a customer for about 2…
I have been a customer for about 2 years now and the majority of my wardrobe is Nadine West! I love many things that they send me. I have not had any issues with the company and when I have reached out to customer service they generally reply quickly and are always friendly. I give this 4-stars because there has been an occasional couple times where they have sent me the same clothes from a previous shipment that either I kept or I know I sent back. Overall, I am very happy with the merchandise I have purchased over the past couple years.

Overall, the service is great! I've enjoyed it. They're quick to accommodate when they can.
The only real downside is Nadine West is based in Texas, I believe, and the clothing often reflects that. I have to remind customer service I'm in Pennsylvania... so I don't want spring/summer clothing in fall and winter.
