New Rug
Maria was just amazing in helping me find a new rug for my lounge room floor. This was done without me being instore. It is perfect in every way - quality, colour and size.

The runner rug is really beautiful
The runner rug itself is beautiful and I’m very happy with it. The ordering process online was simple and straightforward; and the discounted price made the rug a very attractive proposition. The delivery service however was poor. Despite the fact that we were home all day,the delivery company didn’t even bother to ring the front gate buzzer and just left the rug half in and half out of the railings of our front metal gate.

That said, we’re incredibly sorry about the delivery experience. We require a signature on all parcels to ensure safe and secure delivery, so it’s deeply concerning to hear that your rug was left outside without any attempt to ring the buzzer or make contact. This is absolutely not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we will investigate this with FedEx as a priority.

Great all round experience
Gorgeous rugs and exactly as described. Sharp pricing too. Items were speedily dispatched and arrived safe and well packaged.

As for the rug, the photos of the website are an accurate representation but the rug but in reality was much more beautiful. Excellent purchase as usual. I bought my rug after reading the owner’s books. A deep and heartfelt history was told in Mr Mazari’s books as was the story of his journey to live here in Australia. I wanted to support you and be part of your success story. I really enjoy looking at my rug hanging on my lounge room wall. The App was easy to navigate. I was kept informed about delivery progress.
