Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologise for your negative experience with the courier company we used. We try to use the best and most reputable courier companies - StarTrack Express or TNT. We have had almost no issues with it. I wish you would've reached out to us so we could've investigated why the package wasn't delivered to you; I would've been more than happy to assist you with this.
Whilst I understand your frustration, I feel Najaf Rugs has been judged unfairly because we have no control over the courier companies and their delivery processes.
As you would've seen in all our other reviews, we try our best to be as helpful as possible, making purchasing a rug online as smooth as possible - I'm sorry that this wasn't the case for you.

We bought our rug online but were given the option of a full refund if it didn't work in our room or we were not satisfied. It arrived promptly, and we are delighted with our purchase, a large Chobi. The staff were most helpful and efficient. We would buy from Najaf again. Paul & Lee

Beautiful rugs, wonderful experience
My rugs are beautiful! I bought them online and decided to collect them from the shop. Najaf and Maria are a wealth of information and are more than happy to share their knowledge about their rugs. Nothing is too much of a problem for them - even when customers came into the shop just to look, they took the time to show them a variety of rugs and explain where each one is from etc. It is such a pleasure to buy from them - will definitely be back!! Hakeema's dahl was also a real treat - delicious!! :)

Just letting you know our rugs arrived this morning. They are beautiful and fit the space perfectly. We are very happy. No more cold feet on a cold winter's morning! Thank you for the opportunity to purchase such unique and serviceable objects - the craftsmanship is admirable. As we live in country New South Wales, delivery is always fraught, but our mail lady is totally reliable and I knew the rugs would turn up eventually - the wait is but a bad memory now!
