My dogs love Naked Dog, lots of variety. They love the kangaroo and venison..must taste great.
Fantastic 5* service upon order, delivery always on time. Have spoken to customer service once due to my own error and they sorted it for me straight away.

Great quality food, but my main reason for buying from them is my dog has pancreatitis so she need low fat (less than 10%) and they have many different flavours that support this.

Dog loves this food, always delivered on time

It was left on my doorstep in the full sunshine. Luckily, I was not delayed coming home from helping my granddaughter move house. It would not have been asking too much for the driver to use his common sense and leave it in the shade.
That said, I am pleased it was not defrosted, unlike the previous time when he left it, but no message to say where it was.
I am happy with the product and both dogs love it. I am concerned with the amount of plastic waste it produces. Is it possible to consider an alternative type of packaging.

Prices have increased recently and with no statement from the company on why. Also when they run promotions or free gifts these are only for new customers and us long standing monthly subscribers get nothing. I would like to see them actively looking after their existing customer base with offers, reward system and keep them updated with changes to ingredients and prices. While I'm happy with the food and will continue to use them for now I am looking for replacement company that has the same quality of meat but cares about their existing customers, that are the core of their profits.

I've been a long-time customer because this company offers affordable pure meat dog food. However, my experience with them has become frustrating due to ongoing issues with packaging, delivery, and a serious quality control problem.

Containers often aren't sealed properly, leading to food thawing and making a mess. Their delivery service is unreliable, often arriving late in the day with thawed food.
Most concerning, we once found a piece of blue plastic embedded in the food. When I reported it, they just issued a refund without investigating the batch, which is a big concern for safety.

Excellent product, and fantastic delivery service..

Packaging is always a nightmare. Always receive tubs covered with the contents which is pretty gross. However, the dogs love the food!!

We’ve used NakedDog since November 2023 and can’t recommend them enough. Our dog Bailey is a fussy Staffie and we decided raw food would be the best way to feed him. We researched a lot of companies and found it all so expensive! When we came across NakedDog we found their meals to be nutritious, didn’t break the bank and most importantly Bailey enjoyed them! They’re so easy to use with their monthly subscriptions, the staff are always so helpful and the packaging in which Baileys food comes in is weighted out according to what he requires in packaging easy to store and serve. And the delivery always super fast! We find them great and definitely recommend NakedDog to anyone who is thinking of raw feeding their dog, Bailey has never looked in such great condition, his coat is beautiful and above all he’s healthy! Even the vets have commented on what great condition he is! Thank you NakedDog you’re doing a great job!

My dog was almost 9 before I had heard of Naked Dog and I am so pleased that we have now found it. Customer service is fantastic. Still frozen when it arrives. Speedy delivery. Most importantly, he absolutely loves the food! It is gone very quickly. He can obviously tell it’s high premium and he doesn’t hang around! Can’t fault naked food. Would definitely recommend. Everyone says how great he looks and can’t believe he is 9.
