Great service. Dog is obsessed.
Food always packaged nicely and still cold/frozen, good packaging for the food and my dog always gets complimented on his teeth and fur and I’m positive it’s his diet! My dog is obsessed with the NakedPup range, can’t wait to start him on the NakedDog range when he’s older!

I changed my dog to raw feeding a…
I changed my dog to raw feeding a couple of months ago. The customer service team at Naked Dog have been very helpful with advice. I have to say I’m delighted to see that she loves the food and already looks healthier and happy! Also It’s so convenient ordering a weekly subscription so storage isn’t an issue and the service is reliable. Thank you Naked Dog!!

Prompt delivery!
My order arrived very quickly, which was great. Unfortunately my decision to get beef flavour since my dog had loved the surf and turf and also loved the beef version of another brand, has misfired. He won't eat the beef one even if I add actual fish to it. My fault, I should have stuck to the exact one he'd tried. I'm not used to having a picky eater! We'll get his favourite flavour again.

I regularly find the dog food containers cracked or broken.
I regularly find the dog food containers are either cracked or broken. When cracked, I find pools of blood in the fridge when they defrost or when cracked, I sometimes find bits of the plastic container in the contents which could be dangerous to the dogs if swallowed. For the last order received, one of the containers of raw dog food didn't even have a lid on and neither was the lid loose in the box, so would have been packed without a lid.

I apologise for this happening to your order. This has been raised and addressed by our factory team as this is not the state we want our products to be delivered to you in. We have already contacted you regarding this issue and have scheduled new product free of charge. We have also taken steps to further prevent future orders from being damaged in transit.

Misleading about ingredients
I don't appreciate the blatant deceitful marketing of this product.
Some are clearly labelled as blends, which is absolutely fine, but when I pick up a box clearly labelled 'venison', I expect it to be 100% venison.
It is in fact less than half venison with the remainder made up of chicken and beef.
If I had wanted a blend I would have bought a blend.
Really annoyed and will not buy the brand again.

Although the primary ingredient of our Original Venison recipe is Venison, we understand your feedback. Please rest-assured that our full ingredients list is printed on the pack, and we never intend to mislead.
We are always looking for ways to make our packaging clearer, and are changing packaging on our Original range to indicate that the recipes are ‘Mixed Protein’. We make our complete recipes with a complement of protein types as this is great for palatability, nutritional profile, and reducing allergies.
If you are looking for a single protein recipe, we do offer a ‘PURE’ range which contains meat, bone, and offal from only one species. We have a PURE Venison recipe if you are interested in trying this range.

Brilliant service and happy dog
It was my first time ordering from naked dog and both my dog and myself couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of the meat, the only reason I took a star off was because you don’t get to choose what flavours for your dog in the boxes unlike one of their competitors but I would definitely order again.
