After being told of these by a friend I thought I would give them a try. Having been a customer for frozen raw dog food I was interested in comparing and so far my dog loves all the food. She has been a little fussy with the other brand I have had so I am impressed she likes everything so far. I am especially impressed with the superfood selection, what a great idea to get all the balanced nutrition together in a complete feed!! The frozen treats have been enjoyed too (beef trachea and turkey necks).
So glad i tried this. Delivery was quick and ordering was easy. I really recommend naked dog and felt it has been well worth comparing to the others available.

The food quality is good, but the overall service is variable.

Twice I’ve picked a date for delivery, but found the order dispatched immediately so it arrives on a day in at work. It’s only thanks to neighbours being available to pop to my door to take it in that it hasn’t ended up being stolen. I’m not sure why there’s a dare selection on the website, I just need to make sure I only order the day before I want delivery.

Most recently I received a box filled with a different flavour. I’ve contacted them but no word back. My dog is a very picky eater and I was so glad she liked the Naked Dog Beef, so now I have a freezer full of food she won’t look at and is eating supermarket food until I can figure out what to do with this and make space to order more.

I was also ordering the Superfood option for a while but each delivery it had a different consistency. My dog preferred the smoother way it came occasionally. I realised this is the non-superfood version which always looks like that, and seemingly it has occasionally arrived with Superfood labels on.

My dogs love this food, ordering and delivery is so convenient and we even got a free toy for the dogs this month.
The food is good quality at a decent price.

This food has transformed my dog, her skin, fur, energy levels are just on another level. I am so grateful as she's always suffered with allergies until now. Everything is delivered on time and the customer service is excellent. Really can't fault them.

I love the quality of the Nakeddog products and have been feeding their range of complete raw dog food for a number of months now - our dogs’ coats have never looked better, and you can tell how much they enjoy it! Packaging makes storage easy in the fridge or freezer depending on when we want to use it. Have had no issues with delivery either.

Excellent service and a fantastic product. I have a new puppy who loves Naked Pup 😍 She is very healthy, energetic and growing well. The product is amazing, you can see it's 'real' meat, unlike conventional dog food. Plus we use half as much so save money too!

Brilliant raw dog food brand. You can tell it's great quality and I love the fact it has the veg in so I don't have to worry about adding anything else.
The tubs make a huge difference compared to most of the other packaging out there for raw food as I can just take a couple of days worth out of the freezer and have it all enclosed in the fridge after portioning out a meal and I haven't got to worry about cross contamination or getting anything dirty.
My dog absolutely loves it and his coat looks amazing!

My dog has had the Rabbit variety & I mix in a little pro fibre & she woofs it down. Her poos are firm & easy to scoop too. I like that it’s in 2 X 250 resealable boxes. I’m going to try other varieties now.

We have been feeding our frenchie with Naked Raw Lamb for quite a time now. We find that the food is great quality and when we needed their CS team to help us, Helen was brilliant! Thank you again Helen! :)

My dog absolutely loved this food but recently found a pumpkin seed in recent batch. I contacted the company as if I didn’t see this in the batch my dog could have choked on it. They didn’t seem to care and gave arsey responses. I will not be using this food again.

Had a subscription with naked dog food for about 12 months now. I can't rate it highly enough, both dogs (Belgian malinois and German shepherd) absolutely love it. The ingredients is top quality, I've never had any bad experiences from the food or customer services. Delivery is by DPD so is always spot on. Price is competitive too.

First order arrived a day late (courier's fault, not theirs), packed with only a thin piece of insulation on top and below (but not down the sides of) food containers and was, unsurprisingly, thawed throughout. Fast forward another 24 hours and they haven't responded to emails or answered my calls.

The food is great, my dog really enjoys it and it's well made. Delivery service is great too - fast delivery & free for most orders. However, the customer service team have now not replied to 2 separate messages sent to them about a subscription!
