We tried so many different foods for our golden retriever. She suffered with itchy skin, infected ears, runny poos and she slept a lot which we knew wasn’t normal for a pup.
We transitioned to Naked dog and in one month there is a HUGE difference in her energy levels and she looks so much healthier. Allergies have gone too. As we are from Northern Ireland we get her food from a store. It would be great if these could be delivered to NI.

Highly recommend this brand!! We have been feeding our English Staffy the Nakeddog raw food for about 1 year now and we are seriously impressed! Having tried different brands in the past, Nakkedog definitely takes the cake as the favourite. Not only does our dog love it (demolishing every one of his meals) but he physically thrives off the natural ingredients used by this brand. We appreciate that the food comes in resealable containers, making it easy to portion with no mess! The customer service is also fantastic - we buy in store when we can, but recently needed to place an online order and it arrived super fast. Overall 10/10!

My dog loves this food
Ordered Thursday morning, delivered Friday.
This is the first dog food we have managed to get our rehomed dog to eat in the last 18 months. Having tried loads of different dog foods, kibble, wet food but all only lasted a few days then she refused.
Decided to give raw a go and found Naked Dog. She loves it and happily been eating it for the last 10 weeks now, which is an achievement. I love it because unlike a lot of raw food it comes in a recyclable container with a lid. This means I can keep it safe in the fridge away from other food. Alot just come in plastic wrapper so if not using it on one meal hard to store.
So happy dog, happy owner

Bad Service
Arranged for raw dog food to be delivered today, it's had not turned up so I contacted Naked Dog and Laura said it would definately be delivered between 5pm and 6pm. It has still not arrived. My dogs have no food. This is simply not good enough. PROMISED A PHONE CALL LAST TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, STILL NO CALL

Unfortunately your order was delayed in route when out for delivery with DPD. This led to you receiving your order later in the evening than initially projected (8:20pm). Amazing
Great company, always delivered on time. Easy to change and skip orders if needed, emails responded to very promptly. Dog food was always fresh and lasted 4 days in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

My dog really likes the food
My dog really likes the food. Unfortunately part of my order (Beef & Lamb Tracheas) arrived completely defrosted. Packaging said they couldn’t be re frozen so I had to bin them. No reply from customer service after 5 days which is disappointing. **Edit** I received a reply from customer service and my issue was resolved.

Dangerous Driving
I'd like to know the stance you take on safety as a focus for your staff. I witnessed extremely dangerous driving by one of your drivers today on the A14 (BG71 YXC). He thought it would be a good idea to drive up the inside of me, pull in front of me into the space I'd left behind a lorry over taking a van, causing me to break hard to give myself more space. Genuinely have no idea what he was trying to accomplish. But I would suggest some additional driver training especially about safe driving practices.

Due to annual leave, we occasionally use temporary drivers. We have spoken to the driver in question, and they will not be driving for us again. Our drivers represent us when they are on the road, and we want them to deliver our products safely and responsibly.

Naked dog food
I have been ordering on line from this company for about four months now. They are very efficient, more than happy to deliver early if I have miscalculated, dates. Plus my dog absolutely loves their products. She is over 10 years old and is still very spritely. All down to their products from June to date and onwards.
