Naked Paper Avis 

My subscription has been set up twice. I have emailed Naked Paper 3 times with no response so the contact times they quoted are not being followed. I need to speak or have an email from someone from Naked Paper. There is no phone number and response to emails.

Received our first delivery following day from ordering and the loo paper is as good as I had hoped. Never buying rubbish white paper again. Thank you.

Last batch of paper rolls ordered had thinner paper evidenced by how easily sheets tore at the perforations.

Ordered a free sample, arrived quickly and feels good quality. I will look to switch to these as my main supplier.

Impressed with Naked Paper! My sister bought me a competitor’s product which made me find out about the world of loo roll & how there are companies out there who are taking more care and investing in a better planet.

I didn’t really like the competitor’s product, they come individually wrapped which is a waste of materials and wasn’t very soft.

I found Naked Paper and I’ve been so impressed. The price is on par, they’re unbleached and don’t come individually wrapped. The delivery is excellent, fast next day service with DPD currently.

Really commend & recommend this company. I have just bought some of their kitchen roll I was so impressed so will update my review in future.

I am so pleased with my experience with this company. I was a little sceptical about their product when I decided to try it, but that proved to be unwarranted. Their product is great, cost-effective, and I won’t use anything else going forward. What they say about their subscription and product is exactly what you get: a great service and a great product.

I have been using Naked Paper for two years now. I wouldn't use anything else. I am happy the rolls are not bleached but the main reason I chose this brand is that we are carelessly chopping down such huge number of trees.

Do not buy this toilet paper - not sustainable in anyways blocked my toilet multiple times in my rental my plumber warned against us using it as he’s seen it many times -

If it doesn’t break down the same it’s not sustainable- if you have to use multiple flushes to get it to break down, uses water not sustainable

Am I going to get compensated for the amount I spent on plumbers because of this ?

I prefer the previous style paper toilet honestly. The last batch looked much authentic,the colour of the paper looked natural,the name of the company was written inside the roll ,very nice.The new upgraded version is very bright in colour like bleached.. I don’t know I don’t like it,I don’t think I’ll buy again sorry..this is just my opinion.

Excellent product - like the way we're informed re developments of the loo rolls. Good to have a delivery whenever we want & can change the dates really easily.
Have been using for quite a few years now & really happy with it.

I've been buying their bamboo toilet paper for several months. It's soft, strong and costs less than the mid-level rolls I was buying at the supermarket, partly because you end up using less.

I've been using the bamboo toilet roll for some time now but the new improved version, although softer, is not as strong. I think I will have to try out some other brands.

I've been getting toilet paper from Naked Paper since their former incarnation as Naked Sprout, and I'm continually impressed with how they are innovating to produce the most environmentally friendly products possible, with no plastic packaging, and with swift free delivery.
The quality of the unbleached bamboo paper is great, and there's certainly no compromise on softness to have a greener loo roll.
So, the days of having to take the car out to the supermarket to get over-packaged toilet rolls that are damaging to the environment are now well behind me.

Naked paper are a small completely environmentally friendly company who have a good ethical code. Toilet roll and kitchen roll are an everyday essential and for that reason it was important that I found a company who were supporting the planet not adding to its burden in providing these products. I am very happy with the products from Naked paper the quality is excellent. I use the recycled products and I love their natural look and the strong quality. I have introduced friends to the products and I like that you are not tied in to a regular monthly order. I live alone and only need to order every 3 months which is great.I would 100% recommend this company. I enjoy their email updates too as they share their business story and values making me, as a customer, feel invested in their product and journey and glad to be supporting them with my purchases. Good quality, eco friendly paper. Not so thick that it will cause blockages. Not the softest, but they’re upgrading the product with water lamination technology with the intention of making it softer.

The stats for unbleached bamboo products speak for themselves - why use so much unnecessary energy, water and harsh chemicals on something we immediately flush down the loo or put in the bin. I have used the toilet roll, tissues and kitchen roll. Took a few weeks for the family brains to get used to the non-whiteness, and the paying by subscription is a change of habit, but I'm very happy with the products and it's easy to skip or change dates. Not a 'cheap' option, but overall supporting a company with such a sustainable approach is worthwhile.

The toilet paper is adequately soft but most importantly for me it isn't bleached or dyed. It is a brown colour and works well. Delivery is speedy or arranged well in advance by subscription. I'm very happy with it and have been a subscriber for about 3 years

Constantly rate this company; the paper products are great, the ethics and manufacturing behind it even better. They can vouch for every green claim and are always evolving to improve the products and eco credentials.
I've had a subscription for several years, having been with another (good) eco co. before but wouldn't change back for anything. I now find white loo paper a slightly odd idea, why would you?
Now I just want them to produce couch roll for clinics. I'm having to buy from another brand Tom and Leila!

I find the service good but the toilet paper a bit thin, disintegrating easily. Having read your email about creping, I'm hoping that this will improve.

Naked paper just keep giving and giving. Their toilet paper works. It is nice on the bum for adults and children. They also keep me totally informed about new processes. I never would have believed that making toilet paper was so complicated! Now I learn it is has to be creped! Thanks team you are awesome. Keep up the fantastic work. We appreciate it.
