The product arrived and the packaging is great, SO well thought out. The product the toilet roll is also great, soft and does what it should, it’s soft and strong. As someone with a bowel condition, I know about toilet paper -lol. I appreciate this product.

Love it. Yes, the toilet roll is not as soft as some supermarket sold brands perhaps, but at what cost softness! It's perfectly soft enough for the job required of it! And how can I choose any other product when I know what damage those can do to the environment! I also buy the kitchen roll, which is great, really absorbent, and the tissues. Love the deliver as well, so much more convenient and I never run out. The delivery schedule is easily adjustable too - if I find I have too much I can slow things down. And it seems so pure, no fancy colours or bleaches that may attract the eye but must have added negative implications for the planet. Any what for - it's going to flushed away or binned! Thank you Naked Paper.

We’ve been using Naked Paper products for years now (Naked Sprout as it was) and I cannot imagine using any other products at home. The quality is very high, and the ethos is wonderfully considered, and I can’t imagine why anyone would want to use bleached loo rolls etc!

I have been using naked paper for about a year now. Started with the bamboo toilet rolls and they were great, and have recently switched to the recycled loo rolls, which are just as good. Both options are soft and fairly durable (3 or 4 sheets per use is fine, so matches a lot of other brands). Their subscription service is great, allowing you to alter your delivery with ease, and their boxes are easy to open too - no need for scissors or sharp knives, no pulling or tearing of boxes. I am a full convert! Definitely recommend naked paper to everyone! Such an easy way to make another step towards greener, more eco-friendly lifestyle choices. Will definitely try their tissues and kitchen rolls next.

I've definitely found a winner for my bathroom! Naked Paper is one of the best eco-conscious toilet paper brands, ever! They use ​Zero Bleach & Chemicals unlike many other "eco" brands Naked Paper keeps things unbleached and ​Plastic-Free. They don't individually wrap every roll in paper nor do they wrap them in plastic. No, they come "naked" in a single recyclable box. Once you've tried them you won't want to go back to your old toilet roll. Give them a try and see for yourself.

It’s quite freeing to not have to think about shopping for and hauling home toilet paper again. Naked Paper is sturdier and seems to last longer than the varieties I used to buy and is better for the planet. Am nearing the end of my first years subscription and it turns out the number of rolls originally delivered was about right for one person. Thank you.

Excellent experience so far, as a new user. I like the fact that the product is ethically produced, and that it doesn't involve cutting down trees. Also that the opportunity to alter the terms of the contract is so straightforward is helpful to an older person like me. I've recommended Naked Paper to members of my family, and will look to recommend it to friends as well.

I’m really happy with using this company. Have tried both recycled and bamboo and don’t see big difference between the two so will opt for more sustainable recycled in future. Sure, the paper is not as soft or luxuriant as expensive well known brands but I’m fine with that, and so is my family. Love to support a company striving to be more ecologically minded and take as much of my business away from greedy corporations and supermarkets as possible! Thank you.

I’ve been very disappointed with the overall quality and performance of both the toilet roll and kitchen roll. The toilet roll doesn’t flush properly and takes far too long to break down, which means using extra water just to clear the bowl. That completely undermines the sustainability claims. It’s also caused drainage issues because the paper stays intact instead of disintegrating the way a toilet roll should.

The kitchen roll was no better. Compared with the Amazon rolls we normally subscribe to, we had to use around three times as much just to achieve the same result. That makes it wasteful, not cost‑effective, and certainly not sustainable in day‑to‑day use.

For an eco‑branded range, both products created more problems than they solved. The only positive was the customer service as the refund process was quick, straightforward, and handled very well.

I started buying from Naked Paper during the pandemic. I like their low-environmental impact, and most of all, their toilet rolls are really nice to use - not the most beautiful to look at, but really nice. Also, kudos for not wrapping each roll in individual paper like another eco brand!

Another plus is their constant effort to become ever more sustainable and improve their factory. I enjoy reading their marketing emails because you see all the work this company put into their project.

Delivery is quick and, again, their boxes are fun to look at (I like to see how companies market themselves and these guys do an excellent job).

Ok so all good except last few months where i have made some queries and have received no answers to any of them. Total radio silence. I even went to check if they are still active. Yes they are. So if you read your reviews please reply to my emails. Your customer service really sucks!

Naked paper toilet roll really has changed the way I think about toilet roll. Defiantly would not go back to supermarket brand. It’s strong, long roll really does go a long way. So no frequent roll change. I have a cesspit so didn’t want to change the complexities of that. Value for money. Delivered, neat box. Easily stacked. Easy to access due to the perforations. Strong cardboard middle. So rolls freely.I buy in bulk. So reducing my carbon footprint. Have enough to last a year. Brilliant
