I really enjoyed using this website.The frequent updates about potential families was very useful. The site is easy to navigate and filled with resourceful information. After a short period of time during my search I was discovered by a wonderful family. I would definitely recommend to someone else.

It was free and easy to connect with multiple nannys to determine what the right fit was. The hourly pay is clear before you message anyone, which I appreciate.

I had a good experience but I didn’t use their payroll system or whatever. I appreciate that they send out a notice when a family has been removed from the site for suspicious activity

Too many inactive families. It was hard to tell the ones who still needed a nanny and the ones who found one as I got multiple messages stating they already found someone and hadn’t deleted the account. I have found my past two nanny jobs here and love the website when you finally find the families that are active. 100% recommend just be aware it may take multiple messages due to too many active accounts that already found someone

Good Communication, I received more messages and info on this site compared to others. The price per month is way up there though, so I couldn't sign up for premium, reason I gave 4 stars!

I paid for plus but only had 3 candidates sent my way and two of the three didn't even meet my needs.

I really enjoyed using Nannylane.com I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but the service was free, I messaged a few people and several people messaged me. I ended up going with a nanny from someone who reached out to me. I was nervous because summer is quickly approaching and we didn’t have a nanny lined up. Within a week we secured a nanny for our two kids!

Great platform! Free for everyone so a good set of nanny options. Easy in-app communication. Filtering capabilities made it easy to only see relevant options vs Care.com where people from 50 miles away are messaging you.
