Incredible service, speedy process, and an amazing learning experience

I really enjoyed the content and also the interviews with the authors. . Having different authors was both refreshing, but sometimes seemed more disjointed and made it feel like it jumped around a bit. It also often repeated certain things severaly times again and again.. . Which isnt always a bad thing, I'll admit.

NASM delivers unparalled educational materials for each of it's courses. This keeps me coming back for more. My orginal cpt was in 2003, which I've maintained and I've acquired 4 additional since then (PES, CNC, CWC and CES). Now I'm looking to pursue my Master's degree through their affiliate PennWest University.

Well organized content and easy to use platform

The NASM courses I completed to renew my CPT were an excellent investment in my professional growth. The material was engaging, well organized, and packed with practical knowledge I can apply to help my clients reach their goals. These courses strengthened my confidence as a trainer and reinforced my commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based coaching. I highly recommend NASM to fitness professionals looking to expand their expertise and keep their skills sharp!

The requirements for the test were not clear. It said basic requirements like a camera and high speed internet. It did not say you must use a personal laptop, which most people don’t have. I had to pay to retest even though I showed up because my laptop didn’t have the right operating system.

The textbook and on-line portions and practice exams were great. The one issue I had was when I took the real test, my screen blacked out and I had to calI IT so I could finish the test. I had to do all the security measures over again and it was VERY stressful!

Lots of information and the video/podcasts are a great review.

The lessons for each chapter were thorough and easy to follow. The videos reinforced the material along with the end of chapter reviews and portion tests.

The customer service was always very helpful whenever I reached out.

I absolutely loved the order of the material. By starting off with the anatomical foundations of the body, learning about the OPT model and actual workouts later on during the course felt much easier to understand. (Had the course been reversed, I would’ve been lost.) The whole experience was excellent start to finish.

The CPT program itself was better than expected. The online material coupled with the text book made the course easy to follow and study. I recommend taking the section quizzes at least twice and the final exam practice several times, and printing the study guide. All of that led to passing on my first attempt.
