Martin went through everything the application as I'm a mobility customer, the mechanics of the car in detail when I went to pick it up. it was a lot of info and he led me to the site which I could look at as well at my own time. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable and friendly, I was nervous a bit because it had been a while since driving last and he made me at ease the whole experience from beginning was really good.

We knew that we would get a great deal…
We knew that we would get a great deal at Nathaniel Car Sales, as we have purchased our last two cars from them, at Nathaniel Cwmbran, and had excellent and had great experiences both times.
We had the same excellent treatments this time.
As for the cars ... we loved the first two, but the HS Hybrid + is the best yet. It is so luxurious inside, and it saves on fuel, and delivers comfort, with the knowledge that the warranty is so long. and the price makes you wonder how they do it.

We appreciate you highlighting the specific areas where you felt more information was needed, and we're committed to improving our communication for all Motability customers.
To clarify the points you raised:
RAC Car Insurance: As part of your Motability lease, comprehensive insurance is provided through Direct Line Motability (DLM). This covers you, and up to two named drivers (or three if agreed by DLM), for loss or damage to your vehicle, as well as third-party liability. You can find their contact number (0300 037 3737) and manage your policy via your online Motability account. Breakdown assistance is provided by RAC Motability Assist, and their number is 0800 73 111 73.
Tyres: Tyre repair and replacement due to normal wear and tear are included in your Motability lease. This service is primarily handled by Kwik Fit. You can book appointments online via the Kwik Fit website or your Motability online account, or call their Tyreline on 0330 123 1531. If your vehicle isn't drivable due to a tyre issue, you should call RAC Motability Assist.
We are always striving to ensure our customers are fully informed and comfortable with their new vehicle and the Motability scheme benefits. We'd be more than happy to provide you with a full, in-depth explanation of any aspect of your Motability lease, whether it's related to insurance, servicing, or end-of-lease options.

Excellent Customer Service at Nathaniel Car Sales Cwmbran
We arrived at Nathaniel Car Sales Cwmbran to seek assistance from their repairs team to a car purchased from a different MG dealership, the reception team were very helpful and quickly found a solution to our problem, this excellent customer service encouraged us to look around their car sales showroom, the sales team were also extremely welcoming and helpful and provided us with excellent advice and guidance around the different types of MG cars, our initial repair visit turned in to a new car purchase which the sales team ensured was a stress free experience as was the handover of the new car.
