this was the worst experience
this was the worst experience. I only took one payment from a customer his card flagged it he said it was ok and they let the charge go though. National Bankcard then flagged it and then demanded a lot of information they are not entitled to. I reversed the charges back to the customer and his card showed the credit he then wrote me a check then National Bankcard pulled the money from his account and is now stating they are holding it for 180 days, who is committing fraud? They are

I put a 1 star on my previous review
I put a 1 star on my previous review. My account is closed with vague explanation. The sales rep did a wonderful job making sure that I was able to return the terminal without having to pay for shipping, and the funds were released to my checking account. I still do not know what happened.
