I discovered my error a couple of weeks later, called and a return and refund was agreed without hesitation. The speed of delivery from National Lighting is exceptional. I bought an outdoor light almost a year ago and it has recently failed. I got in touch with National Lighting and they replied very promptly, offering to send a replacement and providing me with a manual in case it was fixable. I asked for a replacement and it was sent out that day. Very impressed with customer service. Thank you.

E mails answered really promptly and very clear directions given about how to make a return (there was nothing wrong with the product - it just didn't look right in the room). Very prompt refund.

Wow! Amazing service! I ordered a decking kit from them in 2021, but one of the lamps failed this week. I emailed the help desk, and a new lamp was delivered free of charge within a few days! Now that is great service, which is few and far between these days. We are working on a new DIY project, and we will be buying the lighting from National Lighting without a doubt!

The item I ordered arrived promptly. It was not suitable. Customer service were easy to contact, personable and helpful. I was about to go on holiday, so the return was delayed. They facilitated the return without any fuss.
