Very good but depot miles away
They did a very good job and very pleased with the replacement. My only issue is that yhey don't have many depots as the car had to go in to have the widscreen replaced. It was miles away and not many things to do for 4 hours while I had to wait...

The fitter was on time, polite and efficient. The chip was mended in 15 minutes and was a good job.

Unable to make contact by phone to make appointment.
It took 2 visits to replace windscreen. Worst thing was trying to contact National Windscreen by phone. Phones were not answered either at nearest depot or head office .

Wave goodbye to your automatic wipers
Since having my windscreen replaced. My automatic wipers no longer work, despite specifically asking the fitter about the sensor when the windscreen was initially fitted.

Great customer service
It was easy to get through on the phone the day before to request an early morning call in order to get to my hospital appointment. The service turned up on time and was polite and helpful.
