Turned up the guys where very polite…
Turned up the guys where very polite and ready to rock when I dropped car off at 08:30, got the calls couple hours later ready to collect. Complete windscreen change over, no glass or anything inside.
Great job and would definitely go there again!

Wrong windscreen and incompatible wipers
Windscreen had to be replaced. The guy was nice and friendly but had turned up with the wrong windscreen for my car. Went and got the right one and fitted it no problem. Also paid to have new windscreen wipers and the ones that were brought weren't compatible with my car.

Friendly staff, fast turn around. Just a little mess left on the dash from the job but that’s a minor remark on what was an otherwise perfect job.

The guys in the shop were nice enough…
The guys in the shop were nice enough but the top seal is not very even and the soundproofing was not put back properly underneath the bonnet and the spray connection for the windscreen wash was not reconnected. My concern is if they are not paying attention to these details what poor workmanship can I not see.

Excellent service in the branch
Excellent service in the branch, they were also able to keep the car securely overnight. Nice and helpful people. The only downside is that for anyone who doesn't live in Plymouth (my 'local' branch), Exeter or Torquay, it's a hell of a trek to get to the branches and then it's a 4 hour job, so you need 2 cars, and 2 trips in and out of Plymouth, which is awful at the moment.

The original replacement was incorrect…
The original replacement was incorrect but the speed of the supply of a courtesy car was prompt and the second screen was fitted successfully once it arrived and all done with no extra expense to me

Successful replacement of windscreen
Replaced heated windscreen with camera behind and tested. Worked to time given for return.
Lost one star as given one checkin time as requested but another later which after enquiry was the one I had to use.
