Excellent service
Moved to Navmii tracker when another provider discontinued their service. Very impressed with the service and cost. Easy to fit, easy to use and provides an accurate and easy to understand record of vehicle usage.

A few issues setting up
Had a few issues setting up the tracker but Kai at Navmii went overboard to sort my glitches out even sent me an extension cable free of charge. My tracker is now working perfectly fine. I can’t stress enough on how fantastic the customer service from this company is 10 stars from me I will be buying another tracker for my partner fantastic product best service I have ever had in the last 12 months highly recommend .

Awfull, dont work and really bad customer support
Awfull. The Geofence tells me every other minute my car has left home and its basically covering practically 2 streets. Can use the engine start feature as this also tells you every minute that its been started. I had to get a hard wired from odb as the odb wasnt connecting and they then charged me more for the hard wired tracker also and then wanted another sub. 🤣🤣

Sorry to hear your experience was not as expected!
The reason it is not working correctly as you have connected the tracker to your stereo which we advised in July 2023 may cause the device to malfunction. If you connect it correctly to the cars main battery the issues you are facing will be resolved.
We sent you a wired tracker at no extra cost, on the basis you would return the other which you did not so we charged you for the second tracker. As you have two trackers, two subscriptions are required as each device requires an active SIM card to send data.

Great Little tracker
as soon as i wasn't sure how to get the map up on my phone i sent them an email and they came back to me straight away and problem solved easy to use very helpful would buy and recommend someone to buy one.

Absolutely brilliant team, 100% communication all the way through from initially looking at the system and wanting more information to ordering, shipping and then set up. The system itself was so simple to install and 100% user friendly software that was easy to navigate around and personalise everything to our requirement.

The device is easy to fit but app poor
The device is easy to fit. The support was great but the app isn't. It wouldn't let me log in even after a password change. I downloaded the app again. Three dud app had a black background the new one a white background. The new app worked. It was a lot of unnecessary fiddling about

Great value for the price
Great value for the price. On the odd occasion, itcwill report the vehicle at a standstill with ignition off, but corrects itself after a few mins.
I would highly recommend.
