I came to Naylors to purchase a new riding hat after a fall. Kirsten literally spent 3 hours with me and tried on an array of different riding hats for me and my little girl. I was so anxious about getting a new hat. She was incredibly patient. Such a credit to the store. Thanks so much for your help. You definitely picked the right hat for me. Feels a secure, snug and comfortable fit

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond!
We’ve always found the team at Naylors Nantwich to be helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but today’s experience truly stood out. My autistic daughter needed a hat fitting, and Jo went above and beyond to make her feel completely at ease.
Jo was incredibly patient, kind, and intuitive – taking the time to explain everything in a way that made my daughter feel safe and included. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a really positive one, and I can’t thank her enough.
It’s clear that the staff genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. A huge thank you to Jo and the team – you made our day!

Super helpful staff
It’s an hour’s drive for us from home but well worth it.
We visited because my wife needed a new riding hat & I can’t tell you how patient & knowledgeable Zara was in helping choose the right one.

Super friendly staff, all willing to help and go out of their way to find us what we needed.
Shame the hat we wanted was out of stock in this store. But would definitely come back for another lovely shopping experience!

Jayne was incredible! We came in looking for a back protector and were admittedly a little lost. Jayne took the time to find the right fit for me and we ended up with a perfectly fitting back protector and at a lower rate than I expected to pay. Really recommend naylors and thank you Jayne.

Saffron was amazing today
Saffron was amazing today. We were looking for a body protector and we’re struggling to get one to fit properly so she was such a great help and very kind. We got one that was perfect.

Fantastic customer service received on 13/4/25 a lady named Kirsten helped my daughter find her first pair of riding boots, she spent nearly 2 hours with us trying on boots and measuring for hats and I feel like she made it a really special shopping experience, she went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable, thanks Kirsten

Joanna did a fitting for boots and helmet for my 7 year old daughter. Her skills with Florence were fantastic keeping her on track and offering the right solutions. She had patience and kept a girl witha very short attention span engaged throughout.
