She was attentive, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. he actually made me feeling I was customer of many years.

Helpful and approachable staff member Jayne
Amazing approachable and helpful staff! I was served by Jayne and she helped me get fitted for both a body protector and a new hat. Excellent advice given and really made my shopping experience special. Definitely will be back to get more things for Christmas!

New hat
I came with my parents to get a new hat and we had to make sure it wad the right fit and the staff member who helped us, Jayne, was very helpful. I didn't feel judged for not knowing the requirements of a riding helmet and she was friendly.

I recently went in shopping for some things for my farm, I went and asked Abbi if she could help me. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The knowledge and friendliness was 10/10. Would highly recommend going to this place if you’re needing some supplies.

Nantwich isn’t my closest tack shop but it’s well worth the extra drive.
All of the staff are welcoming and will offer to help before you need to ask.
What sets Naylors apart from other tack shops in the area is how well laid out and neat everything is.
All of the above makes for a lovely shopping experience every time I visit.

Not happy
Not happy! Checked receipt when I got home and had been overcharged on 3 items. Rang the store who said I had to return the goods so they could rescan them. They admitted they were at fault as hadn’t scanned their store card. This is not convenient for me so I lose out. 😠
