Neighbors Bank was easy to work with. I wanted to see about a USDA mortgage and Neighbors Bank was the lender who came up. They answered all the questions I had and made the process as painless as possible. I would recommend Neighbors Bank to anyone.

Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming but thanks to our loaning officer, Joey Mirth, and our loaning coordinator, Kimberly Ford, our journey was quick, smooth and all around great! We had the best team. They were encouraging, they answered questions and explained things well, and they were always quick to respond. I highly recommend them to any first time home buyers. They really made our journey comfortable and amazing!

I enjoyed working with both Justin, my loan officer and Justina, my loan coordinator; they were both really patient and helpful. I asked a ton of questions; like would be expected of a first time home buyer and they were always so responsive. It was a truly beautiful experience thanks to both of them.

This was my husband and I first time buying a home and we couldn’t be more stratified with our process. I’m a Veteran who went with them because Veteran United Home Loan they didn’t meet my needs( no options within our budget and they ghosted us). I looked online and saw this company and said why not, talked with my husband and we applied. I will come back to them with future purchases because of the time and detail they gave us. My husband and I were able to get everything we wanted and needed with the loan officer Jason R and help with Alyssa D. We did have a offer fall through with no fault to us but the time, detail care and information they gave us to seek another house and reassure us was worth it. I love our realtor Kelly Dodd for showing us houses til we found the right one as well. To buy your first home is scary but with them I felt secured with them as we planned everything out. Every time I had a question they were quick to get back and walk me through the steps. With this company I will come back and recommend everyone I know to use them for future home purchases. The entire process was so streamlined and easy. Easiest closing I’ve ever had. The team is very transparent, helpful and responsive to every question. They communicated very well & often called me after business hours or on the weekend to answer questions or follow up. Highly recommend

Horrible experience. I’m a first time home buyer and the process dragged on for 6 months. The inspection of the home listed two cosmetic issues but they made me completely gut and fully renovate a bathroom. I was buying the home as is from the seller so this came out of my pocket. No transparency. They requested access to my bank account multiple times. Lied to me about closing fees. They were often times rude on the phone. I ended up stopping the rides bc my house had a tree fall through it. The seller is getting it fixed thanks to insurance and I’m starting the buying process over again with another company. I do NOT recommend this company

We have enjoyed working with this company. There were times when we had questions and they were always prompt in answering them. Wonderful group of people.

AWFUL AND GROSS they even put it on Facebook to lure people to thier page after filling out form applicants are automatically denied period!!!!! Too many americans are denied and retired folks denied they have bad people and rude mouthed people was not friendly oh my goodness I need to warn people about this be careful dont apply to this site

Working with Melissa Janke was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She took the time to explain every step of the process in clear, simple terms making what could have been stressful feel smooth and manageable

We dove down the process of USDA loan for a property. It definitely had its ups and downs throughout the process. But each step of the way Jason Reddy (our main point of contact) kept us level headed and still pushing forward. Even when things got a little tough, he’d assure us the next steps and what he felt would be the turn around. And for the most part, it was spot on. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through this process.

They sold our mortgage before we even made the first payment. Such a huge pain! If we wanted a different company we would’ve gone with them in the first place! Will never recommend them to anyone.

As first time home buyers I was prepared for some setbacks or a longer process but everything went so smooth and we were closed and in our home in 30 days!

Jason Reddy did an amazing job staying on top off every single detail in the underwriting making sure there was no stone unturned, though we had trouble with the underwriting review company having delays, he reached out every day with updates and fought for us to get a quick close

Melissa Janke helped mutual clients of ours purchase their first home. She was great to work with! Very responsive and got the loan closed over 2 weeks early which is unheard of. I would recommend her and can't wait to work with her again!

Sierra Wheeler and her team were amazing. Anytime I had a question there was a reply within 15 minutes. They walked me through every step (this was my first home purchase). When it closed and Sierra called me to tell me you could hear the genuine happiness in her voice. It was not just a job for her. I had tried to buy a home a year earlier with a different lender, but it fell through. I was in a better position this time; however the experience was so much more enjoyable with Sierra and her team/Neighbors Bank. If you are looking to purchase a home do yourself a favor and look them up......you will thank yourself when the loan closes!!!

Everyone at Neighbors Bank that we worked with for our mortgage made the process easy and were so amazing. Jessica Jamison is incredibly knowledgeable, anticipating where issues may come up and offering options. As she got to know our situation better, she also gave us additional information that will be helpful in the future. Our Loan Coordinator Kara Muenks kept us on track with needed documentation, and while she was out Nina Eaker stepped in. The whole process was seamless and stress free thanks to all of them. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had and are are all very friendly and professional. We appreciate all of their work and how smooth they made the home buying/mortgage process. Would absolutely recommend Neighbors Bank, and especially these ladies!
