Not good - does not work - screws up a lot of you listings

Steer clear.
1. Once connected to amazon, the first thing that happened was it screwed up the images on amazon, replacing the main image with one of the other images, very bad, very bad situation.
2. It loaded all of these shipping option into ebay. So I have to scroll though like 40 differnt shipping option to select one.
3. NO REFUND - this one is partly my bad, I never should have paid in full 400 plus dollars for a one year subscription, never never do that. I did ask to cancel and refund in matter of days, I got no response.
4. I hope you will listen to me and move on to something else. Companies like this should be held accountable.

Horrible company

Horrible company! I paid for their services and cancelled 5 minutes later because nothing works on their migration platform. They promised to refund my payment and have since refused to do that. Zero customer service, very combative and rude! Stay away from this platform and company.

I asked via chat to cancel the subscription as the cancelation process is VERY VERY hard to find.
Especially going to change your subscription your options are monthly or yearly... No choice to close the subscription. If I get the refund for this month that I closed in minutes of getting another charge I will come back and rewrite this review. Overall not happy so far.

I’m happy — they resolved my problems and were very helpful throughout the process. The customer service team was responsive, answered all my questions, and fixed the issues I had. I can only say good things!

This was my first experience with them, and overall, I’m very pleased with how everything was handled. Great solutions and a smooth experience.

Utilizzo Nembol da tempo per gestire le mie vendite online e devo dire che è uno strumento indispensabile per chi vende su più piattaforme. L’integrazione con eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram e Shopify è fluida e mi permette di sincronizzare l'inventario in tempo reale, evitando vendite doppie e ottimizzando il lavoro.

L'interfaccia è intuitiva e ben organizzata, l'automazione delle inserzioni fa risparmiare tempo e il supporto clienti è sempre rapido ed efficiente. Inoltre, la possibilità di pubblicare lo stesso prodotto su più marketplace con un solo click è un vero punto di forza.

Consigliato a chi vuole semplificare la gestione del proprio e-commerce e aumentare la visibilità dei prodotti!

The right decision was to only pay for 1 month.

At first glance everything is simple and the trial is free. But as soon as you connect and try to upload your listings, you have to pay the tariff).

Ok, not a big sum, although Sellbrite does it for free).

More on that! Synchronisation failed, support is extremely busy and answers 1 message in 10-20 minutes. Ok, after 3 hours of explanations - they offer me a solution - UPDATE PLAN!

Give me my money back!

Okay guys I have a horror story that you have to hear about a social media app that connects your selling platform with your social media accounts and other platforms like eBay.
So here it goes, I found this app online that was going to connect my Etsy shop so that I could list on eBay all at one time and also posted all my different social media accounts and all my products and things like that. I connected the accounts and everything and it posted and reposted listed and unlisted hundreds and hundreds of dollars of eBay listings and I got charged hundreds of dollars. It posted 192 posts in each of my social media accounts all at once. And then when I tried to talk to them about what was wrong with their app because I paid $40 for it, they had the most awful customer service because they refused to accept that their app is malfunctioning and I just wanted to let everybody know about it so that you don't go and purchase or try it out or anything and connect anything to it because it was a nightmare to try to get out of. Thankfully eBay was aware of issues like this so they removed all of the charges but the WEBSITE is called NEMBOL, I have included screenshots so that you guys have a idea of what it looks like and I just wanted to tell everyone about it to save you any grief if you were thinking about doing anything that would help you listing your items across multiple platforms. It was an absolute nightmare I don't know if I'm going to get my money back I did dispute it through PayPal and provided all of the screenshots for how much money it charged me and I'm going to post all of those below. Pretty bad experience

Pretty bad experience. Terrible customer service. Misses all the main functionality you would need for multi-channel order inventory. I've tried a few of these over the past 5 years and this has been the worst one.

Excellent support received from Nembol

We use Nembol to keep our stock in sync between Etsy, eBay and Pinterest.

I recently asked Nembol support if I could link items on Pinterest to eBay by default. The feature was not available at that time.

A couple of days later Nembol support contacted me and advised me that they created the feature and I could use it. I was pleasantly surprised by this.

Nembol saves us a lot of time by keeping our stock in sync.

Nembol - Good Product, Good Customer Service

Cross listing applications in today's age are often riddled with errors, and while I'm not going to say that Nembol is perfect, I have always received good customer service and any problems I have had have been resolved promtly and completely. Overall I find the application to be the best cross-listing app out there for any purpose.

I was a customer for many years

I was a customer for many years. When they changed it in 2023 the features that I needed were gone. They changed the program so that I couldn't use it anymore. My personal feelings are that it's a mess and very disappointing that they changed it. Regarding support I'd say - average. I'm looking for a replacement. They should offer a "Classic" version as a separate option.

Avoid we have used them for 2 years

Avoid we have used them for 2 years, recently they have asked if we would like to be moved to new interface with an option to moving back to old system for whatever reason. After the change they refused to move us back to old system. Furthermore they have the changed data we were relying on our listings. Customer service not replying to messages.
