Everything was amazing and super fast delivery

Needed to return sign (tragic event happened and didn't need it anymore) and they refused to help. I'm out hundreds of dollars and they couldn't care less about trying to make this right.

Ordered a sign for my daughters wedding - had a bit of an issue with the Shipper (FedEx) - however, when I reached out to NEONSIGNLIFE, they were extremely responsible and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Neon Sign! (Item was also packaged EXTREMELY WELL!!)

The sign was crafted exactly to my specifications, with a surprisingly quick turnaround from Hong Kong and careful packaging, I must say. My only wish is that it could have been produced in the UK, where I could have directly communicated with the artists and manufacturers rather than going through sales representatives via email.
