Outstanding start to finish most beautiful sign !

I recently ordered a sign for my kitchen. The price was very competitive, the communication between myself and the company was spot on. I was given a dispatch date, the sign arrived wonderfully packaged the following day. The product was perfect and easy to hang on my kitchen wall. All in all a great buying experience from start to finish.

Hi neon vibes, I would just like to say the customer service and the after sales is excellent the only reason I have scored it three stars is I feel that I have been messed about and been through the mill a little bit to get to where we wanted. the first order I placed in person at the premises and was well overcharged so we had to mess about to have the amount refunded.
I then placed an order For the original item at a cheaper web price and decided to purchase an additional item also online, which was straightforward , plenty of correspondence to say that you have received the order and the date it will be delivered.
The two signs were delivered only to find that the additional order is completely wrong. So this is where I feel I have been messed about once again as we have now got to mess about to return this item and wait for extended period for it to be replaced with the correct one.
Hence three stars. The product that you supply I think is excellent and I have already shared your contact details with others I have explain to what’s happened as above, which just takes the shine off it a little bit

Great neon idea - especially with the remote for on/off+bright/dim options. Quick turnaround from order to delivery. Cheaper than other neon advertised on the internet; quality still as good though.

I ordered a bespoke sign for my garden room, I sent through photos of exactly what I wanted prepared to be disappointed when it arrived. 2 weeks later the sign arrived and I was shocked, it was perfect, exactly the size and shape I'd asked for.
To create a one letter sign can't be hard you might think but this has a particular font and had to be exact to get the right impact, it was, superb workmanship.
I would highly recommend Neon Vibes.

Great service from very helpful staff, great neon sign, finished to a very high standard. I'm absolutely delighted and so was the recipient, it was a gift. Fantastic product at a great price. The dimmer we was sent initially did have a slight buzz however once mentioned we were sent one out that arrived the next day and works perfect. Would certainly recommend these guys

Bought this for my Son. Arrived well packaged with a thank you card, clear instructions and some sweets which i though was a lovely touch. The light is excellent quality and surpassed my expectations. It looks great hung on the wall above the bed. The dimmer is really good too. we have attached it to the wall by the bed so it’s easy to use.
Would defiantly recommend this company if you’re comparing others.

Fantastic light, well designed with plenty of cable to reach plugs. Excellent service, regular updates on the order and ready earlier than expected, in time for Christmas, which was very much appreciated. A word of warning, look away when you first plug it in, it's very bright 🌞
