Switched over to Neptune recently, and it’s been a great experience.

The best customer support! Super responsive and actually helpful, which is rare these days.

They definitely look like they’re going to be one of the best providers out there.

I've got a number of locations with Neptune and have found their support to be exception, speeds to be stable and more features than one could ever want in the user portal.

The publicly routable IPv4 addresses with reverse DNS are a nice touch, along with the free DNS filtering options.

Couldn't be happier with my decision and I'm sure you won't either.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this provider is. From actually charging how much they say they will, to the 0 disconnections from Neptune themselves, actually stating when a NBN outage is detected unlike alot of other companies. Amazing and fast support over whatsapp which removes the frustration of calling customer support and waiting in line, always talking to an australian that always speaks to you like an actual person and not a number they get paid from. If you are having a bad time with another provider, I recommend switching to Neptune.

I’ve been with Neptune Internet for about 8 months now and I've been really happy with the service since day one.

The sign-up process was very simple; I was connected much faster than I expected. I ran into a small issue when getting everything set up, and the support I received was excellent: fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process stress-free.

In terms of the service itself, it’s been very fast and stable. I work from home and have a family; we stream heavily at home and I haven’t noticed any issues with reliability or performance. Communication from the business has also been great, with it being clear, professional, and timely. This has been refreshing.

The customer portal is another standout. It’s clean, modern, and easy to use. The features they offer are impressive, especially the DNS filtering. Being able to block gambling, ads, dodgy websites, and other content categories at a network level is fantastic, particularly with kids at home.

Another feature I really like is the free VPN tunnel, which allows me to set my internet to different regions and access different content on streaming services. It’s simple to use and works well.

Overall, Neptune Internet feels like a well-run, modern ISP that actually delivers on what it promises. Great service, great features, and excellent support. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Neptune has been excellent in my experience. The service has been very reliable and fast. I was one of the first customers to be upgraded to a 2 Gbps connection on FTTP, and the team kept me informed throughout the process and did their best to answer questions, even when some final details only became available at the last minute.

Customer support has been outstanding. They are quick to respond and genuinely helpful. When I had an issue with an IP range being blocked, they changed my IP without hesitation and actively worked to resolve the issue. During overseas cable outages that caused routing problems, they even provided a VPN option so customers could avoid higher latency.

They offer multiple support options, including live chat, email, and recently added phone support. I mainly use chat and email and have always had a good experience. The free static IP, ad blocking DNS, and included VPN are great extras. Their online portal works well on all devices, including phones.

The Discord community is another big plus. The team is friendly, approachable, and happy to engage with customers. I did experience a short outage a couple of months ago due to a hardware issue, but it was resolved in under an hour.

The only improvement I would like to see is clearer communication around NBN outages, which they have said they are working on. Overall, Neptune has been fantastic and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well supported internet provider.
