Brilliant experience ! Stephen arrived cheerful in spite of the miserable weather conditions ( He got caught up in the flooding! ) He showed great patience with this older technophobe as he very clearly explained to me how to use the alarm system. This young man is a very efficient and clean installer …. Charming to boot! ( Also a pretty good salesman ……. Persuaded me to add security to two further windows!!!!! )

When I had inadvertently deleted my account, I rang technical support and got talking to a chap by the name of RYAN, explained my situation, he said “no problem we’ll get you sorted “ he directed me through all the steps to reset the account and password etc. during all this time, and I’m a very slow typer, he stayed on the line until he was sure that I could log into my account again. A real gentleman, pleasant and very knowledgeable, knows his job well. I would give this guy 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, thank you Ryan.

My panel went offline and Chau from technical support very patiently talked me through resetting it. His efficiency and politeness are to be commended

FAULT
Over the phone tech service very good. However having to wait three weeks for an engineer to come out and repair a fault . Not impressed

I've just been helped by Chau to reset my app. He was so helpful to me with patience and support for an older person. I truly appreciated his kindness and Network Security is lucky to have him.

Shocking customer service!

Alarm stopped working over Christmas despite having been serviced in November. No engineers available until 2nd January so the only resolution given was the disable the system until then - that’s great we’ll just have alarm over Christmas!

After waiting 4 hours for an 8-2pm call, engineer arrives at 2pm and tells us keypad had been installed with the wrong screws and was too tight on the wall. Clearly a great system if it’s that temperamental….

The alarm has been unusable again since then with the keypad freezing and completely locking us out unable to put in the code. This results in the alarm going off every time and the monitoring centre calling every time, it’s incredibly frustrating as they can’t do anything to help.

I’ve been emailing their service team for a week now to try get the issue resolved and to request a refund as I am paying for a service I did not receive. They cannot (more likely will not) give me a refund only credit onto my account which given I am now considering leaving is pointless to me. And they have booked me in for another service call, over a week away.

The service team are impossible to deal with so honestly save yourself the time, money & hassle to get a non monitored alarm system.

The whole experience from start to finish was extremely professional. Great customer service. Man installing system was a joy to have doing the job.

Ryan talked me through what the potential issue was and guided me through the process on the phone. He was very patient ( I’m not very tech savvy ) and took the time to ring me back a few hours later to confirm the issue was resolved. He was a pleasure to deal with .

Had a minor issue and spoke to Lena who simply could not have been more pleasant helpful and charming. Service visit arranged and issue resolved in no time at all. Very grateful for her patience ( I am not the brightest spark)!

Had an issue with setting my alarm. Rang Customer Service and Roberta looked after my issue with minimum fuss. Everything is clear and straightforward, even for the least tech-savvy person! Ivan, the engineer was also very helpful in his instructions on the follow-up call. A great service.
