The staff here are so friendly and helpful and always smiling. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the facilities here are very clean and tidy. Plenty of trolleys are available to move your items on and steps are available to help when stacking things higher up in your storage unit. Great job Newbury Self Store!

Firstly, the staff were very engaged and helpful. This is not always the case with self storage.

Access to the site is simple and well monitored. Site is very clean and well maintained.

I was running late emptying my locker. I was rushing, but was still there after closing time. The staff were great. Told me not to rush.

I rented a storage unit from Newbury Self Store last year, as I had run out of space at home. The rental process was so easy and the prices were very competitive as well. Communication from them throughout has been excellent. The unit I rented was of a good size, temperature controlled and was very secure. I have been delighted with my experience.

Very easy to use, efficient service

Very nice place. Clean and well laid out, with trolleys available to get your stuff from car/van and into your unit.
We used 2 units to help with our house move. Made it so much easier on move day. Removal company only needed to take the Big Stuff. Then over time we reduced down to one unit as our house renovation progressed.

The staff at Newbury Self Store were all very friendly and helpful. The store itself was clean, dry, well lit, secure and had plenty of equipment to help move the belongings we needed to store. I’d have no hesitation recommending this company.

I rented a unit for approximately 12 months. Very secure and well maintained storage facility. The staff were always helpful with any queries and/or issues arising. The process from start to finish is very straightforward. On the downside, it’s probably the most expensive storage facility in the area and access is limited (generally, there’s no access in the evenings unless by prior arrangement).

Friendly helpful staff, always willing to help in any way they can. Clean store rooms of varying sizes available for however long you need them. Recommend them highly.

Have been using Newbury Self Store for sometime now as an overflow to store business materials. Friendly staff, large loading bays/yards and being open 7 days a week is ideal as we work weekends. Amy and her team have always been incredibly helpful and supportive. I can't fault their service and client experience. Super friendly, very flexible and they make evcerything so easy. I have been with them for a few years now.

A clean, modern, secure storage facility which is easy to get to and which has ample parking. The staff are delightful, always willing to help, and the prices are competitive, being significantly less than, for example, Big Yellow Storage. There is also a nice, well maintained toilet on site which has wheel chair access.

Absolutely amazing! The couple of times we had any requests they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure that everything was resolved. Will always use them for any future needs, especially since they are locally owned and not a faceless giant.

I needed some storage for my belongings when I was moving house and this place was perfect. There is CCTV everywhere and the building is very well secured Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this storage.
