I’ve had loads of issues with the Builder initially after I moved in and struggled to get them to came back and fix the issues. Paul was amazing and took his time going from room to room to snag. I received the report on the same day and handed it to the builder. Instantly the builder sent the trades around to fix the snags. We had immense issues with our builder when we bought our new house in July 23. The snagging lists we put together each week seemed to increase so much so that the builder must have thought we were having them on. We contacted Paul who spent the whole day checking each room, making copious notes and countless photographs. We sent that to our builder who then arranged for all the necessary trades to turn up, and slowly one by one, they were completed.
