Seems Newlyn have not been registered has a collection company since 2011 one of there so called employers attend my home address while I was at work .I am a fraud investigater for a .gov fraud office they claim I owed council tax for an address have not lived at. date they gave I owed the tax from I was in Afghanistan with the army .there response to this information was to put me on hold for 15 mins then hang up. My response was to issue a active criminal fraud case number against Newlyn and its company directors. With a view to Newlyn business been seized and arrests made for offences under the 2006/7 the same goes for there cilent there for has from 2 30pm 29/1/24 the business known has Newlyn and principle officers are legally and lawfully registered in the national fraud data base a fraudsters the same also applies to a Mr bicford dent on of there so called enforcement employees. There cilent north east Lincolnshire Council also fall under the fraud criminal case file. further background checks carried out show Newlyn plc are not registered with the fca as they claim there so called fca number belongs to a closed business .that's another fraud offence

Mr Williams 07703 788460 69 contacted Me over 1 missed payment of £40 from a £800 debt from council tax.
I asked if I could set up a payment plan as I am a single parent to 3 children, one being autistic whom I am a carer for, have metal health issues so I am classed as vulnerable, have recently lost My job just before Xmas & also going through a stressful time as My Father is in hospital with dementia & parkinsons.
After stating all of the above I just kept receiving the message ‘enforcement will continue’ He didn’t even ask what I could afford!! When I asked He said only the full amount!
I then contacted citizens advice & they helped by putting My account on hold & making Me an appointment to help with the debt.
Disgusting to think about people that may not know this is an option R.I.P Jerome Rogers!!
Newlyn you should be ashamed along with any creditors that use your company!

Absolute disgrace of a company should not be allowed to operate something needs to be done they are threatening my daughter for a parking fine for a hire car which we never received from the hire car company and are in court in February with the hire car company over various matters tried to explain to Newlyn about this and they will do nothing they are not bright enough to understand what you are trying to tell them my daughter suffers with her mental health i swear to god if they push her any further there will be war you are A VILE SPECIES

Why are you contacting me lying about tickets for a specific car that i’ve never owned. I’ve never even had a single ticket so saying I have various is the biggest lie. Bogus scammers! Thankfully, I don’t believe anything that comes through.

The bailiff threatened to take the boys motorbike which was on finance in his step dads name so he knew he had no power to seize this motorbike.

Constant barrage of letters now door knockers when I have proved I am a new Tennant. Mental distress and today hand delivered letter for control of goods. This Company needs reporting to trading standards.

My business debit card was cloned and used to make 3 payments totalling £1500 to this company. In establishing who they were and making contact they agreed that they had no record of me, my company or my address and was told to email them.
No response whatsoever and no courtesy response of my email in the slightest . Quite clearly don’t care and all they’re worried about is they’ve received some payment for something from whoever was responsible for cloning my card.
Luckily having reported it to my bank they reimbursed the stolen money but it would have been nice to have received a response!

Sending letters to a household with "Occupier" in the address..

Not even mentioning the name of the debtor until you open the letter.

They go on to say that an agent is currently in my area and will come to remove items belonging to xx. x. xxxxxxxx

Charged me £75 to post a letter! Rude staff on the telephone.

Called today and spoke to a young abrupt girl with a very serious attitude problem! Called back a few hours later after I had a chance to calm down and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Dominic, after speaking to him we managed to come an affordable payment plan that not only allows me to pay but gives me peace of mind. If anyone needs to deal with their debt I would highly recommend calling and asking for this individual. Thank-you for your help Dominic you are professional, empathetic and a credit to this company, they need to employ more people like this individual and maybe they would have a better reputation!
