I find your reporting and evaluations to be biased. Based on your relationship with Microsoft, which is influenced by Bill the Pedophile, that's all I need to know.

Totally biased - they can't distinguish between errors and false information, from controversial opinions and topics on which we are still gathering further information from, in order to quest for truth. I.e. if they can find evidence that os contradictory to what is cited then it's "wrong" but the premis of controversial topics is that it isn't simply right or wrong and that there often is contradicting data.

I never got this, and normally that would disqualify me from writing a review, right? Well, I'm writing this because I fear that Newsguard's business model should be considered harmful.

The ratings are essentially based on how well news outlets follow the establishment narrative.

It doesn't matter (to newsguard) when the establishment gets the story wrong- like the russia collusion hoax or the fact that the hunter biden laptop existed and was actually authentic. They want people to believe that the whole world got that stuff wrong accidentally, or incidentally or whatever the case may be. Where in fact, there's actually criticism of the establishment narrative ALL OF THE TIME- that's literally how discussion works- this is how politics has always worked. All they are doing is suppressing the truth when it counts. We all know the truth (usually) comes out eventually.

Their policies do not encourage different ideas- they could potentially allow the establishment to brainwash the majority of people long enough to get the popular vote in- then use that to censor any idea that goes against the grain under the guise of strawmen terms such as "misinformation, malinformation, disinformation" with little substantial counter-arguments. Why no counter-arguments? Well, who wants to waste time arguing with conspiracy theorists, right?

The solution to bad speech is more speech. They're getting Newsguard into libraries, public schools, government buildings, universities and they're only spending buckets of funding into more places like that. They're partnering with some of the most powerful and richest people in the world to try and get more control over people.

If you want to be sure that the news you read is tilted into the direction of the establishment, and you want to be *all accidentally wrong together* with the establishment and newsguard- this is the service for you.

Rather, if you are looking for true, good journalism, you can't even use Newsguard with ratings in reverse- that doesn't work either. So if you want true news, Newsguard is of absolutely no use to you.

I used to think Newsguard was and honest and a awesome service for fact checking. Over and over they have claimed to tell the truth and then bent a narrative to the point where it’s super obvious the set up their system to lean to one direction and manipulate the people.

Beware of Newsguard. It is highly partisan to the very liberal side of things and distorts facts and events to support its political agenda. It's a very dishonest source.

This is just another deep state, woke agenda bogus 'public service' agent that serves the evil criminals who are trying to shut down our critical thinking skills and enslave us more than they already have. I can determine trustworthy information for myself, and it may often not accord with NewsGuard's biased assessments. The very nature of NewsGuards business makes it inherently untrustworthy in itself. I don't want to see ads for this officious service when I'm using Google.

Eine sehr Unglaubwürdige Seite, deren Bewertungen leider mehr von politischer Ideologie als dem wirklichen Interesse an ehrlicher Berichterstattung getrieben sind. Das Ziel scheint Zensur bzw. die Diskreditierung ungeliebter Webseiten zu sein. Bei Kritik von Artikeln / Seitenbetreibern wird meist auf andere ideologisch geprägte Quellen verwiesen, anstatt auf wissenschaftliche peer-reviewte Veröffentlichungen. Auch die angeblichen Analysten, die die Bewertung von Medien-Quellen als glaubwürdig / Unglaubwürdig durchführen, haben meist keinerlei Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen die sie abdecken. Eine gefährliche Seite im Sinne des Wahrheitsministeriums von George Orwell. NewsGuard würde in punkto Glaubwürdigkeit bei einer Bewertung nach den eigenen Kriterien mit Sicherheit unterirdisch abschneiden. Es ist bedenklich, dass z.B. Wikipedia NewsGuard als Quelle für für die Glaubwürdigkeit von Webseiten zitiert. Ein Artikel, der gut beleuchtet wie NewsGuard arbeitet ist z.B. zu finden , wenn man ‘Who Fact Checks the Fact Checkers? A Report on Media Censorship’ googelt (auch wenn bei dieser AIER Seite ebenfalls oft seltsame Thesen vertreten werden, dieser Artikel trifft ins Schwarze). Insgesamt ist NewsGuard ein schrecklich unehrliches und wohl gefährliches Unternehmen.

NewsGuard refuses to listen or even discuss subjects that does not fit their narrative, no mattter if that information is factual. Just another arm of the government propaganda who take money from the government to support its lies. Very sad.
