The tracking of my package says it has landed at my place. but no package. I write to them that I have not received my package, even though it should have been delivered to the tracking number. I write to them, and they write that my address was entered incorrectly. I write my address to them again. I get an email about a picture with the address entered. and everything is just wrong😩

Questionable quality

Quality is questionable, flimsy, cheaply made, and the pegs do not entirely fit - I had to squeeze mine around and practically ram it in to fit. Additionally, the backs of the glasses stands are advertised as being painted, though mine was not - it was plain wood and unpainted. Customer service was quick to respond via email and offered me a $5 refund and apology, however.

Terrible quality

I ordered 2 bird stands and both of them were terribly made. I was surprised to find that I had to assemble them myself but when I tried to put it together I found that the pegs didn't fit the holes drilled (some were too big, others too small) and were even drilled off center. There was even a huge hole in the back where it looked like someone dropped a drill of some sort. I have been fighting with the company for a few months about a refund. They first wanted me to send it back to them overseas out of my own pocket and when I refused they only offered a 25% refund. I am so frustrated. Do not order from this company.

POOR QUALITY AND MISLEADING QUALITY ASSURANCE.

I was disappointed when I opened the product and found an off-color print on the front and plain, unfinished wood on the sides and back when the website displayed a hand-painted product with color on all sides. Since the website advertises “100% quality assurance as pictured” and a money back guarantee, I requested a refund and provided pictures of the product I ordered compared to the one I received. I was told I could either return the item but must pay the shipping fee exceeding the original cost or get a partial refund of $6 (20% of the original price). They stated this refund was their “best effort” since they provide consistent products and each customer has different expectations. I expected to receive the product as pictured and advertised and am disappointed by what I received and the response to my disappointment.

STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! While their website states "quick refund, money back guarantee" it is anything but!
The product I ordered was damaged. I had requested a refund. They asked for pictures which I agreed to and sent to them. They have since requested that I send the product back half way across the world at my own cost which is totally unreasonable. They continue to haggle with me about getting a full refund for the product and now want pictures of me physically disposing of the product which is totally ridiculous. On top of all of this, the product is not as pictured. While the pictures of the product have metal posts, the actual product has wooden posts like something a Lincoln Log would have. Just an all-around terrible experience.

Little help when broken in transit…

They shipped three items in a padded envelope and one of them got broken in transit.The “nose” pegs are very loose and the one for the broken item doesn’t stay in place well when putting glasses on and off. It took about a month for Customer service to get back to me and they’re offering A small discount for me to glue the broken piece back on and just live with the nose piece that’s too small. I’m still going back-and-forth with them but if you decide to order, be prepared that they come straight from China and if anything breaks or doesn’t work you’re pretty much on your own to fix it.

Broken & Damaged

The three items I ordered were all damaged. Ear broken off, big chips in paint. Definitely not a standard that I could give as gifts as I intended. No response to the email address provided with order but a prompt response to the email they had listed with Paypal. Took a while to get the return address, they are insistent I pay return shipping. I don’t think they are good quality. I want to return the lot (their cost) and get a refund. I will lodge a dispute on Paypal.

The order is taking 1.5 months to be delivered, support doesn't answer my emails whatsoever. It didn't cost a lot to buy from this website, but I'm deelpy frustrated because this looked really good and I bought this as a present.
I've asked for a refund from the seller without any answer. Sorry, this is 0 star

Pessimi


Hanno consegnato (anche in ritardo) un oggetto visibilmente scolorito e rovinato. Il servizio clienti, che risponde alle email quando vuole, propone (a meno che non renda il prodotto a mie spese per una loro valutazione) di accettare un rimborso di 10$, neanche un terzo della spesa sostenuta tra prodotto e consegna. Veramente ridicoli

Scam site.

Took 2 weeks to even ship, that’s after I emailed them asking where it was. Then when it got to the USA they claimed it was incomplete address, but instead ended up being shipped and delivered to a mailbox 200 miles away from me. Still will not refund me the money I spent just for it to get delivered to a different address.

Horrible do NOT recommend

Product is not actually useful or as advertised. I ordered a dog and cat. The dog was too big to fit glasses, unbalanced so when you put glasses on it it fell over and the wooden stand did not fit in the back and had to be shaved down. The cat had the same issues and on of the eyes was glued on the side of the cats face rather than where the eye should be. The order took over a month to ship so I did not receive in time for Christmas. Would NEVER buy again or recommend.

The product finally arrived after several weeks. It is as advertised. The problem is; I paid for shipping when I initially purchased the product. I received a notice from the post office, that they had a delivery for me, but 6.25 was owed for shipping. Upon further inspection, it stated that the shipping label, was fraudulent, and no shipping was paid by Newsukie. Since I already paid for the product, I ponied up and paid it.
I wouldn’t purchase from them again.

I would give them 0 stars. I paid for fast-shipping and the delivery took 20 days, which they state is normal shipping! I don’t recommend this shop. Futhermore the communication was terrible. They returned me 5,84$, but I was very determined and asked for it, because I would let this slide

Standard of a primary school art project

Purchased 2 items. Took weeks to come. Sent enquiry email and reply told me to be patient. One item was ok, the other was rubbish. It was incomplete and poorly painted. Like something from a school woodwork class. I’m sure Temu has copies of the same standard for less. These are expensive for something made in China.

Cheap Trash

This stuff is cheap garbage. For starters, shipping took well over a month. I ordered in November and my order arrived after Christmas. Then, on top of that, the dragon eyeglass stand had a wing broken off, and the paint job on the Guinea Pig's paint job doesn't look good.
So, not only did I receive them after Christmas, I'm too embarrassed to give them to their intended recipients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3+ weeks ago and still no products. Now they’re claiming it’s “in the mail” despite me telling them multiple times to cancel the order and refund me. This is 100% a scam

Most likely a fake shop

I saw the products though an advertisement on Instagram and bought too wooden holders for glasses and paid through paypal.
The paypal receipient's name is different from newsukie.com and the address in the confirmation e-mail is a residential building in Utah, USA. But the seller's paypal account is chinese.
The support e-mail has also no resemblance with newsukie.com

After not hearing anything for a week I opened a dispute on PayPal which got immediately(!) confirmed and refunded.
