I do not have a microphone on my computer and the instructions on how to use my smartphone were not useful. I was unable to go any further on the test and therefore lost my purcjase price.

I love being able to cut my insurance…
I love being able to cut my insurance every 3 years. I just find it a bit monotonous as I finish reading each section in much less time than we are given.

Easy to sign in. If you take a break for a couple of days, when you sign in again or brings you right to the same spot you left off. It’s pretty comprehensive and it was good to refresh my memory.

You offered something on your website…
You offered something on your website that doesn't have to have a final test but in between modules we have to pass a test or quizzes. I'm really not happy I requested a refund the same day and got denied. I have call my credit card. That not good.

Have taken the class online previously…but this time required jumping through hoops
Have taken the class online previously with no issues. This time however, it was a minefield of questions, timers and other challenges - more like running a gauntlet. Had opted for the video as well. Threw my hands up in frustration and subsequently lost what I paid - total disappointment.

The timers and identity verification steps are required to ensure that the mandatory time requirements are met for you to receive credit for the course — this is what allows us to continue offering it in compliance with New York DMV guidelines. Avoid this website like a plague
I tried this service it was a waste of time. I went to chapter 4 and failed 1 question. Had to restart from the very start and even fill out the verified section again. And tried it again and was a charter 1 when I was answering questions got 2 wrong but had to go somewhere so logged out and logged back in the following day and had the start all over again. you are allowed to pass with 70% score. But this website doesn't allow this probably A1 driven. I lost money on this and would not waste my time & energy doing this again. Wasted 4 hrs. of my life on this website. Avoid this website like a plague

Once a course is locked following a failed assessment, we're unfortunately unable to unlock it and it must be restarted from the beginning. As a best practice, we also recommend logging off if you need to step away, as leaving the course unattended can trigger a failure.
