Time to change this course delivery…
Time to change this course delivery platform. An interactive, video enhanced course rather than a mono voice with far too much information would greatly help to achieve the goal.
I would pay more for a better educational experience.
I am a senior driver participating for an insurance discount. My background and informational needs differ from a teenager or younger inexperienced driver.
I would not recommend this course to others. My insurance company should investigate other platforms for my specific educational needs.

When I registered and logging in…
When I registered and logging in orginally the site was not accepting my licence number, I recently received a new log in and took half the course last night and was planning on resuming this evening and I receded a note saying my time is up and I need to repay. Please help me and open the site for me to finish the course.

Easier Signups
I wish they went back to the easy signups especially for us Seniors who have taken this course for years. The new sign up isn't for Seniors. Very frustrating and I for one cancelled before I ever got to take the course. Now my insurance went sky high.

It takes a long time to get through the course. Diligence is definitely needed.
Some of the modules were way too long. Even them out more.
Some of the quiz questions were not focused on good driving, ie, to know the statistics for a quiz question is not pertinent. To know what they mean is far more important. Don't ask specific statistic questions.
Signing in and out was more confusing/difficult this year. When I signed up for the course, it didn't mention what "Fusion" was. It took a bit to figure it out. Once I did it was easier to navigate the course.
Don't assume everyone knows the technology of the course. Simplifying the directions to sign up, sign in/out and maneuver the course would be so much more helpful. More guidance to do that would make it a more pleasant course.

A great opportunity to save money on your insurance
It was an in-depth course. I really enjoyed that.
It's not very user-friendly
As I'm reading it or listening to it, it shuts off constantly and that's just stupid.
In addition when I go back to it, which is like in 30 seconds it resets the conversation so I have to try to figure out where I was in the course as opposed to having it stop right there with the red line you know what I'm doing, but it doesn't one time I think in the fourth module it kept it going and did not erase where I was
I have no problem with the questions. I have no problem with the security. I have no problem with voice recognition.
But it's not user-friendly and unless you're actually taking the course, you don't have any idea how annoying it is
So I think every member of your staff, especially your technical people should take it once a year not every three years but once a year to see how frustrating it is
I will see you in three years. Unless I will go find a live class to attend.
