Well stocked and simple purchase process. Had my favorite Swedish Snus flavors.

I placed an order five days ago and still have not got any information on my order. I have inquired about my order with no response back. This is definitely not a great experience for me.

No update on order, been saying processing for days, unable to contact customer service

I had placed an order on January 30, 2026 for 10 cans of Jobayo. After ≈ 10 days I emailed them about the order and was told they were out of stock.

Today is April 15, 2026 and on their website it still says “processing”, yet they still have my $47.99

Do NOT buy from them!

Amex is listed as an approved payment method, but when used, this is the message, "ERROR: Merchant do not support the card, try change other brand card error_id:"

Last week was my first order from this vendor. The delivery was less than a week and the order was fulfilled correctly. I will definitely be back for more!

Update: there are few reviews mentioning possible counterfeit products. They do taste different, these are Swedish Zyn which tast better (imo) than US Zyn. Additionally, US Zyn contain 15 pouches whereas the Swedish version have 20.

Products and service are great. I would have given 5 stars except it would not let me pay with a credit card- the page kept scrolling down and I couldn't place the order. Had to use PayPal.

This is my first time using Nicohive. I ordered 20 cans of 6mg Coffee flavored Zyn, and they are all counterfeit/fakes. Compared the color and text of the cans to a real can of coffee Zyn, and it failed the test. Not only that, but literally ALL of the QR codes for the zyn rewards program are EXACTLY THE SAME. Same case sensitive code and all. They literally just printed the same stickers and slapped them on every can. The color of the pouches are off, taste is off, smell is off, feeling is off. I would not recommend these guys, unless you're in to ordering fake Zyn of course. If so, then you've found the right place. Mine are going in the garbage. Lesson learned.

Counterfeit product, this is not zyn

Most likely counterfeit Zyns. I bought 5 6mg Spearmint tins. Each of them the font color of the tin the QR code the pouch look smell and taste were different than what I have been using for over 2 years. I tried scanning the QR code it took me to Zyn website tried to redeem and it said the code has been used or is invalid. Not once has the Zyns I been using smelled the way these did or taste the way these did. The pouches even look different. I need my money back.

I bought Zyn, but it didn’t look or taste anything like real Zyn pouches. The rewards codes on the cans were invalid as well.

Sent a fake product. Tried contacting customer support and they never replied.

I found the prices on Nicohive to than other sites. The shipping was faster than I expected, and the products are high quality. A great value overall.

The variety of flavors and strengths is great - Nicohive makes it simple to find what I need. Shipping was fast, too.
