Ningbo Online Avis 

I ordered two Cannes chairs on 25th May but only received one item on 2nd June. Having contacted Ningbo Furniture that day they agreed that only one had been despatched and they would send the missing item immediately. I am still waiting and have not received any notification of despatch. Not good service.

WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION

Ordered a white round table , paid for item and then received an email later to say item was out of stock. I phoned to see if they would be getting any more of the tables I wanted, was told no sorry. They had another round table slightly bigger and in wood so I asked if I could have this instead. They said yes and said it would be delivered at the end of the week. When the table arrived my son took the delivery as I was at work. When I got home i saw that they had delivered the incorrect item which was a a rectangle trestle table and not round . When I rung them to inform them of their error I got told "Oh you wanted a round table". The salesperson said they would arrange for a replacement and collect the wrong one the following week. Heard nothing , phoned again to be told the lorry had broken down and couldn't be delivered. Arranged for it to be delivered today so i asked for it to be confirmed in writing by email. This was not done , Waited in today , phoned them to be told it would be delivered today and incorrect item would collected at a later date . So far I waited in and not heard a thing. Absolutely appalling service. I feel I am being fobbed off and that they have no intention of delivering a new table and I will be left with a table I do not want .
Would never recommend this company.

Unfortunately the item ordered was not in stock but a refund immediately offered and processed. Great service!

ordered Furniture told it would be delivered on the Monday did not land spoke to them on the Tuesday said they were having problems and it would be delivered Thursday morning did not land. I had to call them again to be told that the furniture would be delivered between 10 am and 1.00pm finally landed at 1.45 on the Friday. The customer service and delivery are beyond poor would not use again

Delivery made in quick time. Asked for notification of delivery date, and phone number left, but none forthcoming. Could have been a problem with no one to hand to accept.

Great product, good price, good service

Speedy delivery but the quality is not good, i have 3 chairs with bent / scratched legs and i am still waiting for replacements 4 weeks after, even though i have been promised twice it will be sorted by the end of the day!

Ordered online and delivered promptly. Only issue was they sent a round table rather than the square one we'd ordered. Very helpful on the phone and prepared to arrange a replacement but we decided we preferred the round version and they were OK about us doing so.

Ordered some items, got an email back, after payment had gone through, advising that the items were out of stock. Cancelled the order, was told that payment would be returned at that would be it. A couple of days later got another email telling me that my goods had been despatched. rang them, told them about the prvious discussions, was told that the order would definitely be cancelled & the card refunded. A couple of hours later, the items arrive!!! Another phone call later was advised that the goods would be collected & my card definitely refunded, which happened the day after. They got the 2 star review because they eventually sorted the issue, but I'd not order from them again.

table is well made and ideal for our purpose. excellent price and first class delivery.

Fast delivery, but some of the items were damaged and have still not been replaced or given a date for replacement.

The items are also not very strong! i don't see them lasting

The items that were delivered were damaged and it took at least a month of emails and phone calls before replacements were received.
