Ningbo Online Avis 

ordered on 14 November, not yet received my order nothing on the web site indicated that this was not in stock and got the impression I would get it next day given the cost of delivery. still waiting for my order. the website states waiting for fulfilment.

I ordered two chairs and received them just over two weeks. The service I received was excellent and the chairs are amazing I love them. I highly recommend this company.x

Table is exactly as expected but, although being promised 48 delivery, had to wait 8 days. It arrived 20 minutes before it was required which was not ideal at all.

Table as described online. Simple to order. Delivery as indicated. Very good service although not the cheapest for one off deliveries. Thanks.

My order was dealt with perfectly, what more can I say.

ordered tables which arrived very fast, tables are perfect for what we need them for. only downside was I ordered the wrong size on one of the sizes which makes them a little bit smaller than I would have liked.. but that was my fault for not measuring first.

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

We purchased 120 seats and 15 tables from Ningbo 2 years ago now for our renivated Chapel Hall and they have took a power of abuse and they are still in great condition. This was a big purchase for us especially since it is our Parishners money we were using so we read the reviews and we cannot fault your company. Value for money, excellent after sales also. Buy today you won't regret it

Ningbo’s stacking church chair
We purchased 80 of these chairs for our churchTWO YEARS ago and are more than delighted with them. The hymn book/ bible space under the seat is excellent and accom0datest the communion glass. There is also a "pouch" at he back which is very useful for a magazine ( or even a thin sandwich :-) ) We compared and" site tested " six other church seatis ( without disclosing the price etc) and these chairs won.by far for comfort and price.

Good product i will buy next time value for money

Purchased a 6 ft trestle table, hinged for carrying. Very pleased with it. It is very sturdily built, strong, weatherproof, easy to fold and transport. Reasonable price and prompt delivery.

Haven't received chairs yet as was told another shipment not due till June this year. That was ok but the expected date came and went so I had to contact Ningbo to ask about my order. They came back to say there was a fire at the warehouse (do I believe that?) and my order would be delayed till August. Let's see if they keep me informed this time.

The units are obviously cheaply constructed and were chipped when delivered.

We are very disappointed with the service received, including providing a complaint and not being contacted.

Just to say the chairs we purchased are excellent value and have proved to be very useful.

I ordered a large amount of chairs at very short notice and received them very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They fit in exactly how I had hoped and saved the day for an already planned meeting.
Would definitely recommend Ningbo Furniture.

Chairs not in stock, so I asked for a refund.

They offered an alternative, which was accepted.

Delivery booked for yesterday - nothing turned up.

Needing a couple of tables for my new art studio/ workroom, I searched the internet for likely suppliers, and found what I wanted from the Ningbo website. (I decided that folding catering tables would fulfil the right function.) I found Ningbo extremely helpful, quick and efficient, and the tables are robust, sturdy and reliable. I would rate their customer service highly.

The trestle tables are extremely good quality, I can see these lasting longer than me. Great service too.
