Absolutely fuming!… this is a scam of a website..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!…. The contact numbers are unavailable and the HQ address given on their website is fictitious!!.. ..
My product was supposedly unavailable…I was sent an email offering an alternative product I declined..
Apparently, this is an Indian company with accomplices working in the UK and the USA…
I am going to report this company to Google and have it investigated..
So be warned… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE..

This website is a complete scam. This very elaborate scam means there is no recourse to a refund because it seems that Evri (the delivery company) is involved in the scam. When my order was first ‘shipped’ I received shipping confirmation but there was way to track the package when I clicked on the link in the email and it was a delivery company I had never heard of. This link conveniently no longer works. The next thing that happened was that I received an email from the company on Saturday night saying there had been several attempts to deliver my parcel and they had contacted me multiple times (there hadn’t and they didn’t). They added Evri tracking to the email and when I clicked on this it was legitimate tracking with proof of delivery in the form of a picture. It was not me in the picture or any of my neighbours and the location was clearly nowhere near my address. When I contacted customer service they gave me many excuses and invented an elaborate story including that the package was delivered by DHL and then by Evri for the ‘last mile’. They have confirmed that they are going to confirm with the delivery partner that the package was indeed not received but Evri tracking shows that it was received which is part of the scam. I have never dealt with a company that doesn’t offer a refund when a parcel wasn’t received. Please please don’t buy from this company. They are sophisticated scammers who will ensure you will never get your money back. DO NOT BUY

If I could give the 0 zero star I would be . This company it really sucks and even their customer service is disappointing so much after waiting long time for my order when I ask them to give me information about my order one time they said it’s been processed and it’s coming to you 2 days later but after 2 days another person said we currently out of stock and they even talk properly. It was so disappointing

Great experience. delivery took a little while and had a bit of cost to it, but understandable when you’re getting items that simply can’t be bought in this country.

Somewhere in the very small print there must have been something stating that, what l thought of as a one time purchase, turns out to be a repeat…. One week later ! This exact product can be bought from Christel for less than half this price ! Truly….as l have bought from both companies and it is exactly the same. I would not ever deal with these people again.

Ordered a product absolutely no communication from them about dispatch. So i contacted them to find out what was happening.....eventually found out they did not have said item in stock but they had already taken payment. Offered me an alternative product which I politely declined and asked for a full refund a week ago.....Still have had no communication to acknowledge my emails and request of a refund. I generated a new ticket request and got a rather ride email back asking me not to generate another ticket for them to respond to. I have not had a good experience with this company who have taken £67.95 for a product I will not recieve! Very poor communication on their behalf not acknowledging emails in a timely fashion!

Oh my, yet another 'uk' wig company that is in fact is a Indian? company with a UK warehouse. What it means that if you want to return a product as do I, you have to wait over a week for a holding firm in India to tell you they need more information, and then they say full refunds are not possible. This is fraudulent and sadly this site will not be closed down.

Scam - No refund
I bought from ninthavenue.dk, i forgot to check reviews - bad idea.
I want a refund. I paid 600+ dkk something, entered phonenumber address card etc.
I want a refund, then i recieve a mail that says i need to click a link, i got redirected to an indian website which isnt danish ( where i ordered from), now i have to block card. Very annoying. Well im excited to get the reply that i cant reply to, im also very thankfull that i gave my phonenumber, so now i get to get those scam calls and scam texts, i also have to get a new phonenumber, oh yeah i gave my adress aswell, well. Hopefully you learn that you need to be carefull when buying online.

Received the item in good condition. I think the website could advise about delivery times in advance of purchase as the item came from USA and took 3 weeks to arrive

Amidst all the bad reviews seen on the internet, they delivered the parcel very safely, right item, tracking number was given as well. The customer service representatives are very professional in terms of communicating. Keep up the great service!

I love this cream, it’s truly moisturising and non greasy, took a while to arrive but worth the wait!
