My original order got lost and after contacting ninthAvenue.uk they looked into it and I now have the suncream 50 SPF that I ordered.
I have sensitive skin and have not burnt or felt any ill effects from this very hot summer in the UK.
My sister-in-law in Australia recommended Cancer Council Sun Cream.

I ordered a shower cap at the beginning of June, didn't come at all. Asked for a refund and still waiting on that. Don't buy from this company they'll scam you unfortunately

So basically I brought a P4/613 Body Wave 18 20 22 inch weave and whilst I love the colour of my weave, the issue I have is the quality, the hair is not Human Hair; it was realised the moment my hairdresser started to tong it; it was starting to melt. Nowadays it still remains tangled so I unfortunately gonna have to remove it soon. This is a warning to others to please purchasing weave bundles on this site as this is false advertisement.

Ordered 8/06. Didn’t hear a word for over 2 weeks then an email arrived saying item not available , here is an alternative which. Just that the alternative was not at all equivalent . So replied back saying thank you, this is not suitable - can I have a refund? And i didn’t hear anything until I used the contact form r2-3 times.. I tried calling and on phone saying how busy they are for 20 minutes after which call disconnected
Took another 2 weeks after they replied to me to have a refund despite being advised it will be 3-5 business days to get the money back
customer service and availability of products on web page really need improving

I was a bit worried about this coming to the UK from abroad but the packaging was excellent and it arrived in pristine condition and no issues with the product. Thank you!

Responded to email promptly, gave accurate information, delivery is not quick but came exactly when they said it would. Highly recommend.

I've had 3 different strength bottles and they have all contributed to giving me a fabulous tan.

The headgears I purchased were fantastic , they were very well made I love them

My only problem was they took a long time arrive
