Full head wig
I only had the picture on line to go by, however I have now received the wig and I am very happy with the item.

Orderedvwith no problem, delivery was slightly longer than expected but quick response to inform it was being sent from outside UK . Unfortunately product arrived damaged and leaking, took several photos and sent to customer services, quick reply to say they had recieved my email and someone would review but as yet no contact? So unfortunately cannot give honest review

Easy to order and kept informed of delivery.
Would be better if shipped Shampoo AND conditioner in one shipment and with the same courier. The DHL shipment was difficult to track as goes from USA to Germany then UK and the DHL app/website doesn't do "International" tracking on one tracking number. The DHL delivery arrived later than the Evri delivery... which was easier to track internationally from the USA to the UK. This said, I felt confident in NinthAve (Headrush) but I always need to know the delivery date and times which DHL failed to provide.

Ordering was easy, was slightly disappointed to discover the company or its products were coming from the U S A,despite a .uk website. Had to wait 3 weeks for item, but it did arrive when stated & was a quality item.Need to make website clearer, goods are in U S A
